Has anyone heard of the ALMI procedure for fat transfer? The last procedure I had used the Adiprep method which initially resulted in s very good result , but most of the fat reabsorbed after a few months. I asked a well known doctor who uses the ALMI method what was different and he said the following; With the adiprep method macro fat is injected where the fat is greater than 1.2 mm which makes it difficult to be revascularized.. The ALMI procedure results in micro fat of 400 microns being injected which survives much better(and with PRP added to it) Has anyone had this procedure?
