Penoscrotal webbing worse over time?

Hi

So I just realised I have webbing.  I always thought it was normal.

Anyway, does it get worse over time? 

It's not affecting sex right now so if it'll just be the same from now on, I can live with it.  But it it's going to get worse I want to know so I can get surgery while I'm young.
