PRP and other phallplasty aids.

I'm actually just learning more about Phallotox myself and paged @Avanti Derma in a separate thread to see if they can chime in.

I didn't have PRP administered when I had PMMA done in 2011. I had a few more procedures after but I suspect they introduced PRP into their protocol well after my last round. That said, I have a pretty good end result and I'm not sure how much of a difference PRP would have made, but it's very safe (it's your own blood) so why not give it a go? I think Dr. C & Company can chime in on what results they've been seeing lately.

PRP by itself wont enlarge the penis but could have a positive effect on blood flow and erection quality (keyword: "could" but there is no definitive science I know of that would say for certain). Due to its healing factors, it's plausible it can aid patients undergoing dermal filler injections of the penis. I believe more observation & studies need to be performed by the current generation of phalloplasty practitioners to know how significant of a role PRP plays in both recovery and gains.

Any other members have Ellanse or PMMA in one round then to have a later round introduce PRP and notice a difference?

As most of you know, PRP was first used for sports and musculoskeletal medicine and it quickly spread into the cosmetic world for facial rejuvenation, hair growth, and many other indications, all of them with supposedly amazing results.
Then, the P-Shot (Priapus Shot) that made it to the Oscars!
There were too many claims but poor scientific backup.
Of course, we tried the P-Shot with our close patients and some collaborators, and we got nothing but discouragement because our expectations were very high, based on the claims that were circulating.
When we got rid of the expectations of having priapism sessions on-demand (LOL), we realized something simpler: the patients receiving  PRP were healing faster and showed better results.
In the meantime, patients kept asking for ideas to better their production of collagen after their phalloplasty sessions. Supplements? HGH? Testosterone? You name it, and we got it.
One day, one of my Cosmeatricians asked me "how come you don't try IPL treatments"?... Bingo!
We introduced the PRP not as an alternative to heaven as they were presenting it at the time, but just as a pure healer and collagen stimulant.
Then, the twins; We had a set of identical twins who accepted to participate in an informal "trial." We treated one of them with PRP, and the other one without it. Other than the PRP, everything was identical: approach, volume, concentration, post-care, date of the procedure, etc.
We were astonished on how better the evolution and results went on the PRP-treated twin.
We know that one swallow does not make summer so we must keep it as an anecdotal find though.
However, why not? Since then, we offer our 'Outmost' package that includes some of the most reliable sources of collagen stimulants: Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Light Emitting Diode (LED), and Growth Hormone (HGH).
We also started offering botulinum toxin to relax the scrotum and the penis (Scrotox & Phallotox).
I should finish my posting quoting @Skeptical One observation "I believe more observation & studies need to be performed by the current generation of phalloplasty practitioners to know how significant of a role PRP plays in both recovery and gains."
I agree: there are no peer-reviewed publications that could back up my theory so far, but in my opinion, none of the procedures will harm, and all of them have the potential to help to some extent.
