How many ccs?

I will try to simplify the way we calculate product usage as much as I can:
Based on my technique, we divide the shaft of the penis into segments (see figure below).
9 segments for average 5 to 6" BPEL
12 segments for longer >6" BPEL
6 segments for shorter <5" BPEL
Then, we use between 1 and 2 ml. of filler per segment, depending on the medical criteria and expectations of the patient.
I  always promote a conservative approach that offers the most natural possible result, so I typically use around 1.5 ml. per segment in the circumcised, and no more than 1 ml. in the uncircumcised patient.
So, without considering another multitude of variations, we can roughly estimate a volume of 6 to 12 ml. for smaller, 9 to 18 ml for average-sized, and 12 to 24 ml for longer penises.
Our estimates can be more accurate once we have the clinical information of the patient and close-up pictures of his penis, preferably in relaxation and erection.
