Hey guys, I'm new here. I'm from Brazil. All my life I really struggled with the size of my penis and I felt even worse once I got to adulthood. I'm a bit desesperated about that. My dick has avarage length but is very thin (4,4 inches erect). I really don't wanna take lots of risks. I considered travelling to the US to see Dr. Elist, but after I found this page I gave this idea up. I'd love to add some extra inches to length, but this is not my priority. So what would you advice me? Are there any effective non surgical way of improving girth? Is there any doctor in Brazil that could do enlargement operations? And what type of operation should I search for?
