It's already years that I am trying to take the decision to do a phalloplasty surgery but because of the price of the surgery and because it's still a surgery I always waited but I keep taking information.
I am quite really confused right now...as far as I understood avoid like pestilence the Dr. Ellis implant because it seems really bad (and I can't understand how he is still operating after so many problems he caused to so many people).

The fat tranf...well we know is not that good BUT I red somewhere that with modern technique there is no more reassorption of the fat and so on http://www.deutsches-zentrum-urologie.com/en/penis-enlargement-surgery-penis-thickening.html
I also red around here about injections....it doesn't seems for me and also isn't permanent....and anyway I will probably not be able to inject something in my penis.
So is penis enlargment really a mith? Is there something that will work with really little percent of potential side effects?
