It is impressive to come across this wonderful board!🙂 This is my first post here.I'm 33 years old, I'm 167 cm, 75 kg.average body built.my situation is a bit complicated but I hope to find some guidance.I'm circumcised at birth with significant tight foreskin now and some hairy shaft.in flaccid looks really small like 3 cm/ 1.5 inch and in erection like 8 cm/ 3 inch. I have seen a famous urologist in Belgium. he diagnoses me that this is concealed penis.He recommended for me to go for ligament cut surgery and take part of my skin on thigh "size of a post card", I believe to use it in lieu of my foreskin on the shaft as it is not enough. he says as consequences of the procedure; I would get extra length only in flaccid.I would lose part of sensation but he says sensation mostly on the glans not the shaft and I would get a scar on my thigh, penis would look more downwards. I have been researching and I wish to do something to boost my confidence and makes me feel bigger down there in erection and flaccid without affecting sensation.
I'm wondering is anyone with same experience or any tips for me on what is the best to increase length in erection without compromising the skin sensation? I come frequently to the US.
