PMMA or Silicone?

I've been trying to get information from people first hand who have had procedures done, but it's been a struggle to get in contact with anyone who's had any work done. For a while now I've been wanting to get some I injections to enlarge my balls, and was thinking about doing some injections for my girth as well. From what I've seen mostly on the internet through pictures and videos are of guys who have just totally gone overboard with their injections and now look totally mutilated. I dont want that,  but some some good extra size and have everything still look as natural as possible.  Now getting any information about these two types of procedures is a challenge because everything I've read online is biased and is stigmatized.  Can someone explain to me the difference between PMMA and Silicone, and the risks involved with both procedures, chances of risk and the chances of success. And even possibly a doctor in TJ, mexico that had been known to do great work.
