Dr. Elist has hired an attorney to threaten ThundersPlace.org with legal action if it does not remove a thread made by forum member "txhog" detailing the surgery he had with Dr. Elist.

I thought you guys might find this interesting and it is of particular importance to this board as one of the demands laid out by Dr. Elist's attorney is that ThundersPlace will "...cease and desist from any further derogatory postings of any kind about Dr. Elist", which I would imagine would also include patient reports of procedures performed by Dr. Elist that could be deemed negative.
ThundersPlace is a small non-profit community dedicated to the open discussion of non-surgical penis enlargement. If any one reading by any chance has experience with cases like these TP would appreciate your help.
