Obviously there isn't cases of 20 plus years yet (at least in the penis). I know there is members with plentiful knowledge about the human body and the physiology of the penis. Perhaps you guys could chime in. I know a handful of folks are 5-6 or so years post op and still chugging along with no long term sides flaring up.
I have seen talk of swelling even after years which is a bit strange. Seems it happens after sex or masturbation. likely lymphatic fluid build up and I'm sure the more product, particularly 30% you have, the more chance swelling can occur.
