Hey guys, I'm looking at getting girth surgery next year but have been hit with the inevitable injection vs graft option. In my head, I feel like the graft would be better/more stable in terms of symmetry and not settling in places I don't want it to (or completely reabsorbing). For reference, I'm going through Dr Kim in Seoul. Is there any stories or threads about each? Or even specifically about people that have gone through Dr Kim? I've had a look at a few of the posts but even the ones I look at for some reason I can't view the attachments so I have zero way at the moment to see any improvement for either method.
