I did a search and could not find anything in this forum about the tightening of the scrotum (apologises if this is in another thread I have missed). I have a very low hanging scrotum. I try to wear supportive underwear as much as possible but gravity is clearly still getting hold of them.
I have seen mature men in changing rooms with their sack literally hanging at their knees and I want to avoid this and start taking action now.
I cannot seem to find anything on procedures such as a scrotum lift. Does anyone know anything of this nature i.e.. surgically removing some of the skin to give a lifting effect, laser tightening, PRP in the scrotum... anything?
I should mention that my reasons are purely the aesthetics of my whole package - the hanging is not causing discomfort and not a problem at this stage. I would really just like to have a tighter more youthful looking scrotum.
