Swelling and loose skin under forehead

Need your help here.

I have had two rounds of pmma with dr c a d and dr n.

I have lately tried to get rid of my deathgrip syndrome but stop masturbating with my hand. Instead what i have been doing is i put on a silicon sleve open on one end and i have been dry humping on my couch while watching porn.



I have noticed on tuesday evening a huge bump swelling under my forehead as seen on the pic below. The swelling has gone down a bit but now i have lots of skin under my forehead which makes my penis look deformed.



Can someone help me explain what has happen and what i need to do. I have done some google research and it seems this happens to lots of ppl having rough sex or dry humping.
