PMMA and flaccid dicks, mine looks different everyday

I was wondering if other guys have the same issue.
The one thing I hate about PMMA is that my flaccid dick looks different every time I take it out. There are about 4 or 5 different looks:

If I retract, which I never used to with the grafts it looks almost like I am partially uncircumcised - but super fat and short with my glans coming out.

It can look perfect, just the way you want it to - smooth and natural - usually if I am warm.

It can look dehydrated almost where it seems sort of loose in the skin (might be my issue was I had loose skin). 

It can look sort of teardropped where the area behind the glans looks heavier than the base.

There are probably a lot of other looks I am missing - they seem to be stress and temperature dependent. If I pull on it I can get it into shape easily enough, but I hate undressing at the gym as I never know what I am going to see.

Erect it looks the same all the time and really good.

My dick was all over the place after surgeries for a few months but I am not sure this is the same thing. I think this just may be the nature of PMMA so I thought I would ask.
