Alpha Blockers which do you use?

To avoid turtling during PMMA application with Dr N, I've decided top use an alpha blocker.

Does anyone here have experienec with them?
If so, what did you use and how did you get them?
I'm in the UK so it may not be so easy, I assume they are prescription only.
