We just finished with Brock.
He will be reporting his own experience, possibly after my posting.
He is a healthy young person that decided to come for penile girth enhancement with PMMA.
His penis has most conditions that we want when working with a PE patient:
- Circumcised
- Mushroom shaped, being the glans wider than the body of the penis.
- Tight, mid circumcision (will be a plus that is was tight-low)
- Does not retract much
- His basal size is above average
- His mid circumference relaxed is 9cm (3.54in)
- Length 14cm (5.51in) relaxed, and 18cm (7.09in) manually stretched
1st.
IPL treatment by Ian
2nd.
Regional circular anesthesia with lidocaine by Dr. Morales.
3rd.
I used the typical approach, 9 segments with pmma 30+10% + 3 segments (neck) with silicone micro-drops, six entry points. Volume used: 9ccx30%+8ccx10%+4ccxMDs= 21cc
4th.
PRP subcutaneous, intracavernosal and intraspongiosal by Dr. Morales.
The procedure started at 10:00 am, finished at 11:30 am.
Medication prescribed: tamsulosin (Flomax), Cephalexin and Ibuprofen.
The patient went to the hotel next door, returned 6 hours later with moderate inflammation.
I will have Brock continue with this posting, sharing his own experience pictures.
