I've had 4 rounds over the course of two years. The third round produced a lot of lumps and bumps so I went for the 4th rd early in 2017.
After that 4th rd, everything looked great finally! I had some 10 and 30% plus micro S1000 droplets and PRP for healing. Dr. C did have to cauterize a couple of spots that just didn't heal, so I have two circular pea size scars on the top of my shaft now. I hope over time they minimize.
I was told to vacuum pump at very low vacuum after a couple of weeks, so I did. What occurred is that as the vacuum draws everything towards the path of least resistance, namely towards the top of the cylinder where the hose sucks up the air, it takes up the pmma and skin and internal fluids as well. So when the engorgement finally dissipated after a day or two, I saw that the pmma had moved from where it had been nicely sitting deeper at the base and along the shaft, to having been drawn forward towards the glans and more to the surface, where it seems obvious I've had something done.
So in my opinion, vacuum pumping after pmma, at least for me, shouldn't have been done. I plan to go back now to have a smoothing session and touchup I guess, and at the same time I think I'll have about 50cc of S1000 in the sac treatment too. All these touchups are making my dick a little too oversized now since I'm still a retractor and only about 6.5" in length bone pressed. It's starting to look freaky since the pig in the blanket look is mostly at the top half of my dick (glans side) and I've noticed it more after pumping.
That being said, if anyone is interested in buying my Kaplan pumps (three cylinders), and my X4 lab extender, send me a PM and we can come up with a great deal. I know some folks here think buying used is scandalous, but these are hardly used and very clean. I'm not going to use these anymore so as not to ruin the last treatment. Like I said, it was a bad idea for me to pump and move all that stuff around after pmma. Hindsight is that I should have let everything set where it was laid and left it alone.
