Girth increase questions

Hey newbie here with some questions, I've been lurking a few nights now and decided that I really want to do something. I am a twenty five year old that has been thinking about getting some kind of injection/fat transplant? Not really sure but what are my options for girth? I've seen a lot about pmma, just wondering what other procedures/techniques I could do for girth, what are prices? Does pmma feel natural after time? Is it permanent? If I did decide to do it I was thinking Dr C. I also never plan on getting an implant, I've read the elist horror stories. Last time I measured I was 6 x (5.5-6) erect at the thickest point. Healthy, run and lift daily but I still want to improve my body, I don't have confidence.
