Hard moveable bump after FFT a year later

The base of my penis has been feeling very tender lately and has been causing me some mild pain . Noticed a small hard moveable bump under the skin towards the base What is this?



Btw I had the FFT transfer/ ligament release with Dr Giunta last December.
