I am considering a ligament cut. I am currently 5.25" long and was told to expect to get to 6" with a ligament cut. But I was also told that it might hang at a weird angle (too low).
Does anyone here have experience with this? Especially the part about the weird angle?
I have previously gotten girth enhancement through Dr. Loria and am happy with it.

Also, does it increase erect length, or just flaccid length? Because just increasing flaccid length would be kind of pointless.
