Penile Enhancement - Ventral Phalloplasty

Hello Friends

             I recently came across a cosmetic urologist in Toronto, whose site mentions a procedure that increases perception of a longer penis by trimming the extra scrotal web in males where it attaches quite far up the penile shaft.

           The image explains it well.

                 

Does anyone have undergone this procedure.
The other concern is that I might opt for scrotal enhancement and loss of this extra skin, will that be a limiting factor then.


           My search was for someone to perform a circumcision before I can plan round 2 of PMMA or another filler.

          Would love to hear what experienced members have to say.
