So I was booked in today with Moorgate and was told to go to their Doncaster practise(North of England)which is inconvenient for me as it's not so easy to get to from where I live . I booked my time of work , paid almost £200 and was almost in Doncaster after travelling the last 4 hours to then get a phone call to say the Dr cannot make it ! I was fuming with the receptionist as not only is this a massive inconvenience it's actually the 3rd time they have done this ( every time I have used them ) I've had enough of them now and won't be using them . I will let you know if they give me a full refund . But now their is no one else to use in the UK as I don't like the Dr at Androfil .
