So I found Dr. Alessandro Littara while searching for surgeons who fix scrotal webbing and came across his website. It seems he does lengthening, girth enhancement, along with the glans using a filler. I wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of him. I plan on getting PMMA and I’m hoping I’d be able to ehnhance my glans as well because it’s the smallest part of my penis. Link below with before and after photos below.
