Using extender device after fat grafting + HA Injections

I've done both fat grafting to my penis followed by HA a month later for even more and now I just bought a sizgenetics extender I'm thinking I'll wear for 6 months at my desk as I work from home etc.

Any tips / cautions because of their fat/HA?

I'm also considering any other things you guys might recommended as well .I'm already a great size but always looking for more😊
