I'm new to the forum roughly 6 inches in length erect and maybe 3 when flaccid. spot on average to be fair!
I'd love to increase my length and girth and have tried pumping and jelquing for years but to no avail.
I've just heard about the Penuma implant and everything online looks fab - I'd take a loan out fly from the uk to usa and back with hopefully as good results as advertised... Then I came across this forum!! My god this has put the fear of god into me with all the complications.
I'm assuming practice has moved on and his implants have improved maybe? any recent patients of his on here willing to share their story and how it went? I can't believe how easily women can get their breasts augmented and have a designer vagina but us men have to put up and shut up in 2019! lol.
Anyway, any advice or tips or pictures that arent photoshopped would be great.
