Morgenstern in ATL phone call review.

I'm new here but have been on these boards before.. I've always considered getting some work done on myself but was always hesitant after reading some of the horror stories.. I've recently started thinking again if i should finally take the plunge...im 38yo and i have no problem getting women.. I'm single and decent looking... my problem is  that i get nervous about what the female is going to think about my size.. Im average in size from what I've read.. i am looking for something that will boost my confidence.. I've been feeling very depressed lately after my last relationship went sour... i am not a shill and i don't work for any docs... i was interested in Dr. Morgenstern because he is a legit surgeon with years experience.. i called them yesterday and talked to Ray which is the guy who deals with the penile enlargement cases... he was pretty thorough in his sales pitch.. i am still skeptical.. he informed me that they do cut the lig to gain length.. however.. they offer 2 versions of the lig cut.. one version offers 1" length gain and the other offers 2" length gain.... i was told that i would have to get the scrotum webbing "turkey neck" removed prior to any lengthening procedure.. does this make sense? the webbing surgery is $5900... the 1" length and ft. transfer for girth is another $11k...my question to you guys that know a lot is..is it really worth cutting the lig and losing the advantages of having my penis stand up for a 1" gain? I'm about 5.5 erect now.. going to 6.5 may be a decent jump.. I've been stretching for a while now and I've seen little to no erect gains.... maybe ill just get the FTT girth procedure.. he told me i wouldn't have to get the webbing removed for that.... i just want to feel confident in bed.. fuck my life.. nothing worse than being a good looking dude that females want to sleep with but I have zero confidence..

First of all, I’d like to thank everyone for their feedback on silicone. That was very eye-opening and I definitely will not be getting that procedure. I am heading to San Diego in November so my time is running short to make a decision on a different procedure. I am leaning toward no injection at all. One thing that I am still thinking about though is doing one round of 10% only with no microdroplets. I would be interested to hear from anybody who had only 10% to get an idea of how much that would cut down on Likelihood of lumpy result versus doing the 30%. I’ve read enough to see that people still get a pretty good gain with 10% and initial results seem good but I was wondering how those results stood up with time.

Elist Implant Complications

9 months ago I decided to use some money I had saved up and get a penile enhancement surgery. I looked through various procedures to see which one seemed more convenient for me. When I stumbled across Dr Elist’s website it seemed perfect. One surgery for both length and girth enhancement for life with a natural look!

I had the procedure done and did get the flaccid and erect girth gain and flaccid length gain. However, my erect length has retracted by at least one full inch if not more. I was told the erect length will come in after 6 months. It’s been 9 and still no gain. I was able to convince myself that it was still a gain and I should be happy with what I got, but recently it’s become a nightmare.

The implant has became really uncomfortable in any clothes I wear. Night erections make it impossible to sleep for over an hour a time and now the implant was started to get creases which are extremely visible and awfully tender to the slightest touch. Pretty much unless I’m naked rubbing aloe vera on my penis while laying down, I am not comfortable.

I want this implant removed. But after doing some research it seems that I will have to pay for the surgery and after it I will have an even smaller penis that when I started due to all the scar tissue built up from this proceedure.

Ideally I would get it removed then the scar tissue removed surgically and then after all is healed I would look into getting shots for some added length and girth to finally have what I was initially looking to have. The problem is all the money I would be spending.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do?
Has anyone had the implant removed?
If so, what were the costs?
What were the results on your post removal measurements?

Advanti Derma offers 3 packages. Utmost Signature & Basic. I have contacted the office three times just asking what the prices of the each package is. Both Ian and someone replied from reception. The response I have gotten is that the PMMA procedure is now 3500 US dollars.

Why can they not give you a price list with each package. Just the total. Some people may only want to do PMMA PRP & meds or just PMMA and meds.

All the packages include smooth finish. Which I do not want silicone micro drops after seeing and reading Miracle8x7 silicone micro drop ulcerated cock. Should the price not go down if you only want PMMA and meds. It worked for years before the other options were added. His prices are moving up I understand that to certain degree.

Only being given one price sounds Sketchy.

What have all been told and quoted it should not have be a mystery.

Keloids scar issue

Hi I was wondering if anyone experienced getting keloid/ disfigured bumps on penis? And what type of treatments they did to remove it?

I went to urologist and he said he be able to surgically remove but don’t advice it since he won’t know how my body feels and if I’ll grow more keloids. So he first suggested me to go to dermatologist which I did (Embarrassing to have to see female dermatologist look at my junk). The dermatologist first wanted to do skin biopsy just to make sure not any other condition. If it is keloid which I know it is, since it was after I had circumcision, then I was told I would have cortisone steroid shot.

Would like to know if that worked for others or did they have other techniques done to make it go completely?

Recurring nightmares

So I have this dream.

I'm in surgery waiting for the operation. Yup, it's pmma complications. All the nurses surgeons are running around, there's lots going on, it's chaos. The surgeon won't tell me what's wrong with me. But he's getting angrier and angrier with me and I don't know what why. Eventually I walk out, he tells me that I shouldn't come back. 'i didn't say you would get back'.

Then I wake up. I have this about once a week. It's going on about 2 months now.

HA economy alternative at Androfill? Any thoughts on the product?

Hi everyone, i see androfill is quite popular on here so figured it would be a good place to ask.

I've been looking at the androfill site and spoken to francis through email, they offer the 'Economy filler' which francis told me is a south korean brand they use, has anyone used this option? what were your thoughts? what was the brand name of the filler? 

He told me patients have said the cheaper filler is as good as or better than the voluma, is this true? i feel kinda inclined to believe this as surely it would be against their own interests to reccommend the cheaper product?

i'm fairly long and 5.7 girth, i'd like to reach 6" girth (anything over a bonus) along the whole shaft ideally, 8ml/10ml a reasonable amount to achieve this?

Hi guys,

I've been browsing this forum for a few days now, but I haven't really seen a topic comparing methodologies. Apologies in advance if I missed it.

Here's my question: for a 'regular guy' (6" erect, 4" girth, 3" flacid), what is the 'best' procedure to add length and girth, with cost no object? Surgery is an option.

I was initially attracted to Dr. Elist's Penuma procedure, but after reading the horror stories on this forum, I've backed off. Are there any procedures that can reliably add length without severing the suspensory ligament?

What about injectables? Is Hyaluronic Acid the way to go? A lot of people of this forum seem very impressed with a Dr. Oates in Australia (does he inject HA, or is it different?).

Airport Security / TSA Body Scanner Experiences?

Hello everyone,

I have recently begun exploring the world of PE and been reading about various augmentation procedures. I found this forum and I'm so thankful for the wealth of knowledge and experience that you guys have put out to educate/warn others.

One question I have seems to have been mentioned sporadically on some posts but not in a comprehensive manner, and that is whether or not TSA body scanners pick up on Penile Implants and fillers?

I travel several times a month both domestically and internationally for work, often times with colleagues, so for me this would be a major consideration,

I know many of you have had various kinds of fillers/injections (PMMA etc), so I was wondering what your specific experiences have been? Also, several of you have had implants that you ended up taking out due to complications, like the Elist implant, but while you did have them, what was the experience at the airport?

I guess I'm wondering how frequently are things picked up on and once they are, how is it handled.

I think the consensus is that fat transfer for PE do not have very good outcomes i.e. fat reabsorbing, lumps and hard nodules.

The whole stem cell injections for PE is at best not optimized and there is associated unforeseen risks i.e. cancer potentially.  

AMLI seems to combine both to a degree and can injected for all kinds of procedures.

I am current waiting to hear back from Trueman Clinic

Does anyone have more information. I know Dr.Kim has experimented and published studies on different fillers.  His current preferred permanent filler is Megafill.  It's FDA approved in USA as well but no doctor's offer it.

I know men have issues with his previous glans enhancement. I wouldn't get that done or silicone micro drops either by anyone.

How the heck do you guys wear extender for PMMA aftercare?

I had my first round 24 hours ago. From what I read the after care involves a lot of massage-massage and wearing an extender is advisable. But my dick is really swollen and I hardly can pull the skin back to reveal my glans. I'm not in pain or anything, but wearing the Phallosan extender I own is out of the question unless swelling goes down.

Advice?

Uncircumcised penis enlargement

This is a shout out to all those uncircumcised members who have had significant girth increase be it through PMMA or Ellanse. I have shared photos in my thread from my HA treatment but there is very little photographic examples on this board of members that have had significant size increase while keeping their foreskins. I am particularly interested in the erect state how the transition between the glands area and the shaft area may look with a larger increase in girth. Whether the tighter foreskin when retracted causes a very obvious ridge and change in shape?

I know sharing photos is a little daunting but I am sure it would be extremely valuable for members especially those from Europe who are looking to have serious work done. Everyone benefits from seeing the pics that willing guys have uploaded on here and it would be good to see more examples of uncircumcised guys doing this too.

Any advice of what stretchers work?  I want to increase the skin and size of my sack without cutting off circulation.  I imagine the cremaster/spermatic cords will stretch out along with it. Looking for a little lower hang, if possible.
