I Got My Money Back From Dr. Elist

I just got my money back from Dr. Elist office. I cancelled in ample time and did not have the surgery. Again, after seeing the pictures here and reading the horror stories, I decided to not get it done. However, the things that really stood out to me: (1) I was feeling completely rushed (2) The surgery itself didn't look safe (3) When I asked the tougher questions, it seemed as if there was no real answer (4) When I did get in contact with someone, it was by email only (5) The length and girth gains appear to only come after a year of decreased Erect length (6) The surgery itself is way too invasive, if I'm going to get it done, I'd rather have a pump to control the erections.

Master Lock as All Day Stretcher

Hey guys i've had a few people ask for how this works. Its super simple. The picture should clear it all up.

This lock is actually a little bit big for me. I dont wear this one out and about, just around the house. I usually use a little bit smaller one and it fits nice and snug and doesnt fall off. I've misplaced it but this one shows the concept.

I never used the ADS that Avanti Derma gives you. That thing along with every other ADS is way too cumbersome, impractical, and uncomfortable. this thing is a piece of cake. 

You want to have a tight fit and really struggle a little to get your head into the lock. Once its in fill it with blood with a few quick jelq's.. I put a litte pice of tissue under the tip in between the head and the gray theraband.

Make sure to wrap the thing with theraband. its very adheasive to the skin.

Of course check on your dong and make sure your not cutting off circulation. I've never cut off circulation useing this. 

This is the best ADS i've ever used. its super super easy. you can pee with it on. Once its on and you have got it to fit right it doesnt come off.

Newbie with a few questions

So i've been doing lot's of reading on the forum and i have a few basic questions i've been curious about. First off i'm mostly concerned with increasing my girth. Currently girth is about 4 inches erect (6 inches length). I would really like to get it up to the more average width of 4.5 - 5". I am circumcised. 

Now a few questions. 

What are my permanent options ?

Fat transfer vs fillers ?

Are the treatments designed to be pretty consistent from flaccid to erections ? 

Is a 0.5" - 1" increase in girth possible with one treatment ? 

Anyone you can recommend in Canada ?

So right now i'm leaning towards the fat transfer from this doctor i found on RealSelf. His reviews seem great. I've been going back and forth with him over email getting all the info i can. 

Has anyone ever heard or dealt with him ?

A few points he made:

- $3500 for fat transfer + PRP
- $3000 for filler + PRP (not incl price of filler)
- Will lose approx. 30% of the fat in the beginning and the rest should be permanent
- Fat harvest average is 50 to 70 cc of fat which will increase girth by 0.5 to 0.75 maybe 1 inch
70 to 100 cc’s approximately 0.75 to 1.00 cc maybe 1.5 100cc’s and above 1.5 to 2 cc’s
- Fat transfer is cheaper than fillers, lasts longer , you get more fat.
No reason to lose length in fact if anything you may gain a bit. 
- There are no guarantees you won’t get lumps or bumps , but the only reason I got into this is when I found there was a procedure called the Almi procedure where you take the fat and remove the fibrous tissue from the fat, which is what causes the lumps and bumps creating what is called nanofat which is very liquid when in injected into the body , almost completely eliminating the chances of irregularities, If done right.

So does all sound reasonable ?

Circumcision for second round PMMA..pros and cons

Hello members 
   
            I had PMMA three years back and no issues till date.
            I have been thinking of more rounds but circumcision is what is bothering me.
 
             I would like to last more in bed than I currently do, so the "loss of sensation " aspect isnt a negative for me.

          Staying away from sex for six week is what is more difficult to manage.I am single so sex is not always planned. I have a hair transplant scheduled in March..so thinking to get my cir-cum cisison done two weeks before hair transplant.   That was three weeks post hair transplant( while I wait for mt shaven head to look normal, and no dating, hence no sex) time can be used for post  circ healing.

            Would love to hear your thoughts..

   I want further girth and not being circumcised is looking a challenge for more rounds of PMMA.

Looking to get 0.5" - 0.75" in girth to give me average 5" girth. Not looking for a big unit. Can this be achieved with one session ? Obviously they wanna push people to do 2 or 3 but i don't have the money for that and since i'm not looking for a big increase it wouldn't be necessary. 

Also is it worth the $360 for the PRP shot ?

Any people on here that used Dr. C and had a bad experience ?

I am going to get pmma soon as I have set aside the money and I am thinking of doing the utmost package with phallotox. One thing that would be helpful before the procedure is to get a good visual of how to massage the product, work on nodules, and what things I should look for when massaging (especially with a large volume augmentation). Has anyone posted videos of the massage? I know it is a lot to ask but
a visual of what to expect would be really informative. Would anyone be interested in making a video of their post procedure care routine and sharing it?

So I found Dr. Alessandro Littara while searching for surgeons who fix scrotal webbing and came across his website. It seems he does lengthening, girth enhancement, along with the glans using a filler. I wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of him. Maximum Gains from One Round PMMA

Hey guys,

Like many of you I made the mistake of believing the dumbass fucking adults and teachers who taught me growing up that “oh porn is normal/healthy expression of sexuality” blah blah blah BULLSHIT.
My dick measures 5 x 5 flat. Literally. NBPEL 5” and my girth is 5” from the mid to like.. barely over 5” at the base.

Like you, I’m aware of how SIGNIFICANT an increase of an inch in girth would be to the visual and physical impact of my penis. The thought of being 5 x 6 makes me feel so happy and optimistic, and with PMMA, it seems like a relatively safe way to obtain that goal. Based on what I’ve read, I’d say PMMA (when administered in a clinical setting by someone who knows what tf they are doing...) has far fewer rates of complications than any other surgery OR manual PE.

If anyone who has seen Dr. C or a different reputable doctor could chime in; is a permanent 1” girth gain possible with one round? I’ve seen conflicting answers given to this question, although most men seem to walk away from one round with half an inch to 3/4 of an inch.

Love and positivity all. I don’t hate my penis by any means. But the thought of it being fatter is just...
Edit; I’m 23. My penis has grown this year in girth, which is a huge surprise and boost to my esteem, so I’m not trying to rush into anything. Just researching

FFT or PMMA better for fixing lumps or unevenness once healed ?

I keep flip flopping back and forth between FFT & PMMA but i'm leaning towards FFT mostly since i like the idea of not having plastic in my prick. Fat seems more natural in a way.

My question is, say i end up with some unevenness or a lump once healed with fat transfer is it easier for the doctor to correct it with some sort of lipo ? From what i've been reading it seems with PMMA the only way to correct evenness or lumps is adding more filler or surgery to cut out lumps. 

Any help would be appreciated.

PMMA Anyone feel little sting sometimes in the base? (more details)

Sometimes I feel a sting on the base of penis and causes a testicular pain (dull) that sometimes runs down my right leg. I’m trying to find a Dr in NJ NYC for nodule removal by injection as well. Not sure what they can do about this issue

Some End-of-Year Maintenance

Pardon the major aesthetic changes & navigational issues in the coming days. I'm trying some new things out and what you see now may not be the final result. For some reason the Categories section isn't come up as the homepage now, and I'm working on fixing that.

Please give me thoughts on this new "folder" look, reminds me of a patient's manila folder when seeing a physician (albeit not blue lol).

I'll also try to clean up redundant and/or old & inactive threads to make navigation easier too.

This new year should be exciting as we may have two new Commercial Accounts on the horizon.
