Just found a video on YouTube where Dr. C explains the benefits of being circumcised for the PMMA prosedure.







After watching a video on YouTube about female pornstars saying how they prefer uncut penises I was depressed.



After watching the Avanti Derma video I was happy again because girth is very important to women and the fact that us circumcised men can get better results with PMMA is great.

Has anyone else had this done in the last year or two? And by what doctor? So far Im very pleased with the result. I understand all of the possible problems with lumps,etc...that have been associated with fat transfer and the bad outcomes people have had in the past...but would like to know of other members who have recently had this. Since FFT has such a bad name..it would be helpful to know who has had it done and with which doctor. Thank you

Mens' Health Ad

Hi Members,

This week Mens Health magazine (Australia) ran our full page ad on CALIBRE our HA injectable phalloplasty technique. It is the first time (I believe) there has been an  advert for phalloplasty in a major Australian magazine. I think over the next 5 - 10 yrs there will be a big uptake of this procedure and lots of further development. I don't think we are at the perfect procedure for penis enlargement but we are taking steps.

Big round VS little rounds PMMA

What do you guys think is better in terms of pure gains and aesthetics (regardless if it is 10% or 30%):



. A big round 20-25 cc's

. Three split little rounds, 10 cc's each.





From what I am seeing nowadays, guys getting little to no gains after the first round, and then, boom, you get more gains in the third or so, makes me wonder if it is better in terms of saving money, to make your first round the biggest one, something like older members from here did years ago, who got near to an inch gains from 22-27 cc's 30% PMMA, with acceptable aesthetics.



Why do you guys think? Nemeckova style, or going to Dr. C and telling him what you want?

My experience with talking to different doctors

Just wanted to say that I'm not promoting the FFT/stem cell procedure I had. I realize there are many members on this board that have more knowledge and experience with the different procedures than myself.I chose the FFT procedure instead of PMMA because going to Mexico to see Dr C was not an option for me. I would not do Lorias silicone or Elist implant because of safety concerns. I liked Dr Rosenthal and was very impressed talking to him , but felt the belladerm was too invasive. I was impressed with Dr Maercks, Dr Giunta, Dr Heller, and Dr Captiotti . I mainly chose Dr Maercks because he was the closest. After some initial problems that I'm sure Dr Maercks would have corrected...I chose Dr Ibrahim because he was a urologist, I wanted another girth procedure and he was much less expensive snd I wanted to try PRP. Just wanted to mention the doctors who were helpful when I had issues with curvature and aesthetics after the 1st round.Dr Heller, Dr Maercks,Dr Capriotti, Dr Giunta, Dr Rosenthal, Dr Mata and Dr Ibrahim were all very helpful and took the time to talk to me. Dr Krakosky and Dr Alter did not give me the time of day. They may be great doctors, but if I had a problem I'd go elsewhere

PMMA: swelling after sex

I'm 6 weeks post R1. Every time I have sex I have some residual swelling for 1-2 days. Sometimed even longer. It's not inflammed or irritated, just really soft and spongy and it's obvious there's fluid in there.



I was curious if this subsides as the months/years pass and the implant settles or if it's pretty much a routine thing to expect.

Hi guys, bolkonsky here from pegym a few years back. some may remember.. I'll try and make this short

My story:

About 6 years ago i started off with a very small dong 6"bpel by just under 5" MEG. I joined PeGym, where i eventually got kicked out for not being a good ol'boy, and learned about manual PE and its limitations; along with self-righteous moderators on a penis website. 

I started hanging alot (with BIB) and got to 7.75" bpel.. i was kicking ass, but i really dedicated a prodigious amount of time and effort to the endeavor. Then i went to prison for a year, (another story) where i tried to continue to PE when i wasn't busy fighting. Didnt work too well. 3 years after my 7.75bpel i'm now at 7" bpel, and with 100% eq i'll max at 7.25"bpel.

with pumping and ULI's and dry jelqing i got my girth up to 5.25" girth (cold) at the top of my dick and 6+" on the bottom half. Hanging does wonders for the base girth. At the base i'm about 6.75" but most dont believe that. 


Prison Beading:

When i was in prison, the gang i was affiliated with all had penis implants made from whittled toothbushes... yes this is 100% true. They are good dudes just not super bright. Stick with me here. I watched about 15 guys get this done.  Of course no pain killers. Some guys about passed out. You would get a toothbrush, whittle the plastic part to whatever shape you wanted; one dude made a long one with a bunch of speed bumps, another craftier fellow made one with skull and bones, some hearts.. you get the picture. So I ended up helping with the procedure on a few guys. One dude would stretch the dick out(me), two dudes would hold the guy down and put a rag in the poor fucks mouth, then 'the surgeon' with a razor blade made the incision and shank out (hallow out) the skin from the meat on the penis with a long metal tube. This was grousome and sometimes took 10 minutes to fully separate enough skin., then slide whatever the fuck the dude made into the dick and sow them back up with string pulled from the boxers. Then rinse off the shank and the next guy would sit on down... crazy! but it was fun watching these bozo's do this shit. And in a non homo way got a good up close look at a bunch of different dongs. No i didnt get it done.. only one that i know of got infected. 

So this got me thinking why not just do this with silicone like fake boobs. And it lead me to phalloplasty! to you dudes!

HERE IS MY PLAN FOR 8'' x 6.5'' 
plz input your knowledge.

First get my lig cut. Hang for a year. Even possibly do some fulcrum hanging. Mind you i'm a very experienced hanger. Dont do this shit unless you know what you are doing.  And then once i'm 8" and feeling good about it go get PMMA. Then continue doing maintenance hanging for the rest of my life, because i know the dick can and does shrink over time.

I've gotten alot of stories and people telling me not to get my lig cut. I'm still out to lunch on this issue. Please help me here guys. I'll do whatever the majority of you Pro's say is the right thing to do.  I think maybe the reason why people shrink after they get their ligs cut is because they just dont hang. I'm obviously not that guy. I plan on stretching and hanging most days until i'm dead. 

my current routine: 
I'm already hanging almost everyday as of right now. I'm just doing it to keep things limber. I warm my dick up and put my bib on (5 min) then go cook breakfast with 20lbs hanging between my legs. Then shower where i do 5 min jelq. My dick hangs nice all day. And i dont even use an ADS. 

I've had a 7.75" dick and the difference .75" make is night and fucking day. I want it back. I just dont have the time to hang 6 hours a day like i used to. So i'm thinking if i get my lig cut. And hang in the morning for an hour and use an ADS then i might be able to get to a solid 8" within a year.

PMMA questions. plz plz help and answer if you know

Can i get it in my Gland to make my gland bigger?

Can i hang after it solidifies?
  • i'd like to use the bib but i'm not sure if it would crush and move the stuff around.

Can i Jelq after everything heals?
  • Jelqing has been my go to for EQ (erection quality)
  • I also really like to dry jelq.

Can I do ULI's after everything heals?

Can I pump after everything heals?
  • I also like to use this as a workout for kegals and it promotes good EQ for me. 

I'm thinking about getting the TLC ventless tugger to use as an ADS to help make extra room in the dick for PMMA.. It pulls on the skin to help stretch it. Any thoughts on that? I dont know if that even makes sense. 


I got a quote on the lig cutting for 4500$ if that means anything to anyone.

If i'm forgetting anything plz ask or input.. Anything helps guys. Everything i've read from everyone here is awesome. You all seem like good dudes.

FFT. different methods

Just wanted to know if anyone who has had FFT. (or PMMA or HA) had it injected while erect or while flaccid?My first procedure of FFT. was done while I was flaccid. The second round 6 months later by a different doctor was done after they induced an erection ,,,,,the result was much better the second time. Could this be part of reason? The second doctor was hesitant to do the procedure as he said it's more difficult to get a good result when trying to improve on someone else's work. He was very pleased with result as was I

Hi,

Ive been reading on here about since fall 2014 but joined later, and have kept up on most recent activity and went back through alot of archives. Over the past past year ive come on and commented and left after just joining while most of you guys go way back.

I see alot of you share the same sense of humor as me, even at your own expense as I do also in life.
Reading some of your stories had me laughing with your wording even though you went through a awful time you decided to make it funny, which I can relate. Others my heart felt shitty for you because it sucked I can tell it had made your life tough.

Between having medical education and understanding the anatomy of our manhood, doing research and using some common sense, BUT MOST OF ALL reading your experiences good and bad have kept me from making wrong decisions.

Feeling like a dbag for no intro before commenting on topics and then also seeing how the moderators and members have to filter the fake people promoting and the negative ones here to down play anything working, this is a great site.

I had the Elist implant in January and so far so good. I had read many negative things about it on the PhalloBoards but chose to go forward with it as many of the people posting had the older model implant. The doctor had an article about the surgery in GQ which I felt they wouldn't do unless the doctor was on the up and up. My flaccid presurgery was 3 and is now 4.25. Erect length was 5.75 and is now 4.75 but that is because the penis is being held back by dissolvable sutures. I'm basically 2 months post op and was looking to chat with people that had the implant within the last couple of years to see what I should expect

PMMA and flaccid dicks, mine looks different everyday

I was wondering if other guys have the same issue.
The one thing I hate about PMMA is that my flaccid dick looks different every time I take it out. There are about 4 or 5 different looks:

If I retract, which I never used to with the grafts it looks almost like I am partially uncircumcised - but super fat and short with my glans coming out.

It can look perfect, just the way you want it to - smooth and natural - usually if I am warm.

It can look dehydrated almost where it seems sort of loose in the skin (might be my issue was I had loose skin). 

It can look sort of teardropped where the area behind the glans looks heavier than the base.

There are probably a lot of other looks I am missing - they seem to be stress and temperature dependent. If I pull on it I can get it into shape easily enough, but I hate undressing at the gym as I never know what I am going to see.

Erect it looks the same all the time and really good.

My dick was all over the place after surgeries for a few months but I am not sure this is the same thing. I think this just may be the nature of PMMA so I thought I would ask.

Anyone here recommend an all day stretcher for length?



I'm using Phallosan but I have to constantly adjust it to make sure it doesn't close / stays in the green limit instead of just putting it on and not worrying about it. It is comfortable but ideally I want to wear this under my jeans at work vs at night.



Something I can securely strap onto my leg or chest would be better. I tried moving the Phallosan belt up and down in various positions but nothing seems to stay put!
