(ps i did not read up, i don't even know what the drawback of silicon is. I guess there are big drawbacks, else people would just take silicon not in addition but instead of pmma)

Silikon vs HA in balls

After extensive research with 2 guys - one had HA in their balls the other silicone - the HA was undetectable to touch where as the silicone was not, but both looked good. The guy who had HA did it a while ago and it has remained with no touch ups, and I never would have detected it had I not known.

Hello all. Pretty new here. I had a few questions regarding PMMA. A lot of the progress threads I've gone over are very promising and the results look pretty great. However I did notice most of these guys already had above average dicks. Are there any before and after or progress threads with someone in the 5"-6" erect length range? I'm more interested in girth enhancement and would like to see some results on that length range of a penis.

Juvaderm Voluma Questions (HA)

Seeing that we now have 6 persons who posted a progress report including myself and quite a few who will take part and post their progress soon as well there are still many lingering questions regarding Juvaderm Voluma as well as some information I feel we should summarize since not every is starting a progress thread but it would still be great to receive their feedback and results.

General questions (would be great if Dr Oates can give some feedback).
1. Realistically when should we go for a top up before it starts to diminish? Being realistic that the Penis is a different organ where it will be under more pressure and movement. Since most reports for people where it stayed in place for 2 years or longer was in the face.

2. How much top up would be enough every year to keep your gains? For example if I get 20 ML and I gained 1 Inch from this and I top up before it starts to dissolve how much ML would be enough? 6 ML? 10 ML? Another 20 ML? 

3. Let's say I initially had 20 ML and lets say I top up with 10 ML before the originally  20 Ml dissolves do i then gain additionally or just gain initially and then lose after the original starts to dissolve. How much will we lose in that case giving a example?

4. Does Juvaderm Voluma stimulate Collagen Growth, to what extend and for how long? In that case would it make sense to do light PE excercise to stimulate the growth even further. For example Clamping, bends, Uli's etc?

5. Is it is okay to Pump? What are the effects, will it strain the product and make it dissolve sooner?

6. What about hanging. I have a vacuum hanger that allows me to hang from the head and target the inner penis. Would this be okay? If I would gain length would parts of the penis become thinner?

7. What can be done extend the longevity of the filler? Is there things we should do more or less. Things we should eat? Supplements we could take? Lotion we could put on our member?

8. What are the thoughts on Clamping? Clamping mostly makes your penis expand from the inside unlike Pumping which targets the outside. I have no product in the base which also means I can not compress the filler with the clamp. This would perhaps be the best exercise to do after having a HA procedure done? Could the combination of HA and Clamping promote faster growth as some say clamping after pumping helps you gain faster?


Questions for those who had the procedure done:

- State your starting Pre HA and current Post HA and how much product you received and what date you had your last procedure.

Flaccid Length
Flaccid Girth
Erect Length
Erect Girth (midshaft)

- Do you remember your erect girth midshaft measurements:
On the evening after you had the procedure done
the morning after the procedure
5 days after the procedure
10 days after procedure
30 days after procedure

- What was your recovery like? Did you have lots of swelling, bruising, etc?

- Do you have any issues with your Juvaderm Voluma filler?


That is it for now folks, would be great to gain a better understanding by compiling more information and gathering our thoughts!

Checking for prostate cancer after getting PMMA, anybody done it?

I am considering going to the doctor that darkstaff did to get my PMMA removed.  I am unhappy with the feeling of all the nodules and hard spots I have, and the pig in the blanket look.  I overcorrected and had too much PMMA injected.  I never intended to and I was not chasing more girth.  I was just trying to even out previous imperfections and this amounted to an overcorrection.

After re-reading darkstaff story, I see that he developed prostate cancer and had PMMA in his lymph nodes.  

So I was wondering how many people here have had PMMA and then subsequently had their PSA's checked/Prostate checked?  Since many of us are younger than the age in which doctors check our prostate, I hope we're not walking around with a potential problem.  

I'm going to get mine check at my next check up.

My Pathetic Penis

Hey everyone , so there's just not much to it other than going in bluntly I have a really thin penis 4.3 inches in circumference and it's about 6.8 inches long. I hate it.

Got redirected here from a google review about James J. Elist , seems like a real prick this guy , are there any options that can help me out? I would love to be above 5 inches in girth and 8 inches in length , however my girth is what worries me the most. When I'm having sex my girl keeps making a combination a dreamy and smiling face with her eyes shut (looks more like she's about to laugh at how thin my penis is). I bottom out inside her and I can hit her cervix so length is not my issue , her vagina feels loose because of my thin penis so I believe she doesn't even feel my cock spreading her vagina even a tiny bit.

Penis Size by Country

Over the last few years I've read a fair few studies on this and some of it just doesn't make sense.



In most studies ive read Australians are supposedly smaller than British which is odd considering roughly 80% of Australia's population has British ancestry and a further 10% has other European ancestry mainly German and Italian.



Also why has is New Zealand supposedly bigger than Aus? 25% of the population are Polynesian who descend from the native people of Taiwan, and East Asians are usually on the smaller side and 12% of the population are Asian



It also seems strange how the US in most studies is smaller than UK given that 15% of the US population has African ancestry and a large portion is South American who have quite a bit of African ancestry.



Also India is supposedly 4inch, that seems a bit low, my best mate is half Indian and he's hung like a Donkey.



I know this sounds like I'm stereotyping a bit, and maybe I am, but I'm just curious.

My theory is that it's just differences in measuring technique.

I'd like to hear anyone else's explanation.

I had my ligs cut.. did they reattach

I had my ligs cut 3 months ago... I hope...


since reed after only maybe 3 days i started hanging a small 1/3 pound locker from my penis trying to keep it from turtling. at night I tried to keep my penis pulled between my thighs.

It's been 3 months and I see NO difference in ANYTHING no difference in angle no differenc in size (after stretching and hanging 8 hours a day) all I have is a huge nasty scar where the incision was and not even .1 added to my erect length OR flacid length. I also have a HUGE bald spot in my pubic hair. So I can no longer have sex with anyone until I somehow hide this scar.


I think my ligs healed to the original state and re attached. he told me that was impossible because he puts fat in between to where they can't but idk.. I mean i've heard when ligs are cut you lose control at the base and your erections bend down easily. mine do not..nothings changed at all but a huge scar.

how long do you think it takes for ligs to even re attach.. did i waste 6,000.00?

i have a theory, SW treatment creates micro-trauma which creates new blood vessel growth, neo vascularization and neocollagensis so with PMMA and products like ellanse wouldn't one get an increase in size incrementally with more and more treatments.

PMMA width or depth

Question.
Did you increase in width as well as overall girth?

Mostof my pmma has gone on top, obnviousy, but also a bit on the right side. Not uch on left and maybe just 0.2inch increase overall.
Really want width too so hopng for more there next time. It should still be plenty of distance from the urethra.

Will a doctor know I had girth enhancement?

Hi All.



Will be going for an STD check this week which will be my first since I had a PMMA enhancement. As part of the check the Dr usually examines the penis for worts etc. This evolves feeling the shaft and pulling back the foreskin and checking the glans.



Curious to know if they will know if something is not right. Has anyone experienced comments from doctors about their penis in a similar situation. Should I tell them the truth if I get asked?

To avoid turtling during PMMA application with Dr N, I've decided top use an alpha blocker.

Does anyone here have experienec with them?
If so, what did you use and how did you get them?
I'm in the UK so it may not be so easy, I assume they are prescription only.

Just curious about whether this gives a better final result. !st time I had it done while flaccid..the second time while erect..Just wondering how most doctors do it...also with PRP..what is longest one can expect it to last before getting another injection..

Newbie here, English isn't my first language so please excuse my grammar. I am seriously considering PMMA but doing my research first. I'll like to know it's long term effects and like to ask some questions to members of this forum who've had PMMA in their penis for at least 5 years.

How's does it feel, does it harden or change texture as the years go by?
How many times have you had to "touch up" to correct voids or lumps?
Have complications arisen as a result of your PMMA procedure?
Currently, do you experience swelling or pain in your penis during intercourse as a result of the PMMA?
Have you experienced migration of the PMMA to other parts of the body? 

And finally, do you regret doing PMMA?

If senior members could help me with these questions, I would very much appreciate the help.
I think PMMA certainly has a bright future, I honestly think the guys that have done it in the early stages are the true pioneers for putting their dicks on the line. Hopefully as methods improve and long lasting effects are understood PMMA will probably become more wide stream for penis enlargement.

Was thinking a bit about telling female friend or/and fuckbuddy about it.
But then decided not to. Because what shall they say, of course 'don't do it'.
Did not think about telling a friend about it. Perhaps because i don't have a friend. Omg, this just occured to me.

In the beginning i told a former fuckbuddy and now female friend, but i just told about the possibility and i didn't know much then. She said 'oh no, imagine if something goes wrong with the nerves and it doesn't work anymore'. I didn't know that this risk is just not there with pmma.

Anavar

I have been on Anavar for 5 weeks. I mentioned it on this board before and someone pm'd me saying it was great for collagen growth which I didn't know.

I measured twice in the past few days and my girth increased .25".
I haven't had PMMA for months so I doubt it was just the natural process of recovery and I have been stable at 6.25" mid-shaft for a while. I am now 6.5" mid-shaft. (It could just be harder erections and not collagen at all) - but maybe it is the Anavar - and it might not last when I am off the cycle in 3 weeks. I will let you know but thought it was useful info.
