Ellanse vs Voluma

There are a multiple older threads discussing ellanse, and one thread (Subtle77's) with positive reports from 2 members who have had it from Dr Oats., but that's about it. Not nearly as much documented data to go by as we have on HA, specifically voluma. For voluma, we have everything ranging from totally satisfied, parially satisfied, to not happy and having it dissolved (or partually dissolved like costa). I suspect in the future we'll have the same data on ellanse, but we're not there yet.

I'd like to ask the following question--if right now you were offered 20 ml of voluma or 20 ml of ellanse (3 or 4 year version) injected for free from a skilled injector, in multiple sessions, which would you choose and why?

I ask this because I'm considering it now, and I've also read a few posts by guys who had voluma and said that after it dissolves they were considering ellanse for next round. Cost is always a factor, but the reason I phrased the question like this is because everyone has different financial means, but we all care about asthetics, risks, adverse reactions, etc... so thats the main focus. I also deliberately specified the 3 or 4 year version vs. ellanse S. The latter may have made the choice easier due to less time to deal with should adverse effects occur, but I believe Dr. Oats is using the 3 year version now. Moorgate is recommending S now, and deferring the decision to choose a longer version until a later time (https://moorgateandrology.co.uk/2018/07/26/ellanse-penis-enlargement-injections-overtake-hyaluonic-acid/). I also wanted to factor that out.

For personal reasons, I'm trying to make this decision now, rather than wait until more ellanse data is available. I know others may be as well, so I wanted to see what people were thinking at this point in time. I also want to factor out pmma, and stick to temporary options (that have varying degrees of "temporary").

I was a member of thunder's place and pegym, and always do my research. This place is the source of info for people that manual pe doesn't work for... temp fillers is now my focus, and I just want to make sure there's not something I overlooked before pulling the trigger.

Yes,

     I have set a date with Dr. Morales of Avanti Derma for the Utmost Package. I am so thankful for the countless walk alongs written here on phalloboards and the countless hours these guys take to answer questions to encourage the timid, paving this new frontier. To say I feel an obligation to pay it forward is an understatement.This thread is specifically for those who, like me, were not born with a gift between their thighs and have been hurt in the past either intentionally or unintentionally by this one nagging problem. Constantly being told it's not the size that counts but what you do with it that matters, and although this is true to some extent, there is only so much one can do. I have read and practiced along with countless technique books to make up for my inadequacy and found that once my woman is satisfied and warmed up, I can't feel anything sexually, so we end up in the same position that works, ramming as fast as I can to not lose my erection. I haven't been successfully ridden since I was 19 and it was by a girl who left me for someone who was bigger. It happens. It's been 13 years though and I still can't shake this feeling of being inadequate, even to the point where sex is losing its excitement and just brings me down. I want my life back and I know now that I am not alone with these feelings.

 That being said I have complete faith in the products and skills at Avanti Derma to help make these aspirations achievable. I will be posting my stats and pics over the next few days leading up to surgery as well as information of my overall experience. Thank you

Injecting flaccid vs erect

I know Dr C injects in the flaccid state because they said they need to manipulate the penis in ways that they can't do erect. Morganstern told me they do the same. I'm pretty sure someone who used Dr. Oats told me he induced erection.

If there are benefits to each approach, it would seem to me anyway, that maybe injecting flaccid, getting it as best you can, then inducing erection to make any adjustments would seem reasonable? Or do you have enough time before things set to get erect and massage and adjust later when you're home or back at your hotel after the procedure?

If you've never had filler injected into your dick it's just hard to imagine what it's like to massage / make adjustments, like how much movement is there? I know it depends on the filler, I'm primarily interested in ellanse. I'd be interested if anyone who's had temp fillers has thoughts, or was given specific instructions for afterwards.

AFI/FFT post op patients and their experiences

Hello, I'm Charles and my stats are as follows, I'm 43, 180#, fit, non smoker, limp length 4"-5" (depending on the temp) EL 7.25", limp girth is 4" and erect girth is 4.5". My only goal is to get to 6" in girth, without any abnormalities, or change in function (damn thing is like clockwork)


I'm looking for any and all FIRST HAND experience with autologous fat injections and free fat transfer. I'm wanting to know everything, from anyone who has had this done, that they can tell me. Does a penis feel marshmallowy when errect, what's the best way to promote blood flow to keep fat from dying and reabsorbing, best care to prevent uneveness, ect, ect............. I'm also interested to know what people think about using PRP to help stimulate new blood vessel growth in the transferred fat. This is purely hypothetical, as far as I know no one has tried that yet. Please feel free to pm me, it would help me out greatly to have someone with experience to talk to, thank you.

Hello everyone. This is my 1st post on this site. I have been popping in and out of Phalloboards for about 7 years so i thought it was time that i post and be part of this distinguished panel of Phallo members. This is an awesome site and while i have accumulated a large amount of knowledge from my own personal experience i have learned an enormous amount of information from all of you. So thank you all for for sharing your knowledge and reviving my interest in PE. I had sworn off any further procedures and now i feel like Michael Corleone in Godfather 3 “ Just when i thought i was out, they pull me back in”. I'm back bitches!

Hi guys sorry about the year long hiatus. Life Life and more life.

I went down to Doctor C. for my first round and the site shut down so i went at it alone on my pilgrimage. I was pretty pissed because I came to rely on everyone's input.

so here I am. 2 rounds in. I just scheduled my third. I'll let the pictures do the talking. 

Yes i still hang with my bib hanger. I hang every day. I havnt really gained too much becasue after every procedure i thought it might be a good idea to not hang for 8 to 10 weeks to make sure everything developed and healed properly. Also i quite hanging 2 weeks prior to a procedure to make sure my penis is in good healed state ready to take on the trama. Taking that much time off from hanging really puts a dampener on the progress.

So here are some stats and pics.

right now I'm about

7.5" BPEL
6.75" NBPEL
Girth at tip 5.5" ( I have 5ccs of microdrops in the flang of my glans)
Girth right below tip 6"
Girth right below that 6.5ish"
then up to about 7.5" at base


Its hard to be fully erect with a tape measure in one hand and a phone in the other. so dont give me crap that i might be off with my measurements.

I am super super super glad I went ahead with doing this. I can see now after getting it done how its not for everyone. But its been a great decision for me.

I've slept with about 30 girls (i dont keep track) sense my second round and 90% of them say the exact same two words when they grab my dick. "oh fuck" lol

Skin grafting disqualifies for PE?

I was wondering if skin grafting will prevent me from getting any type of penis enlargement ?

Since I need to get circumcised revision , any recommendation I should ask my surgeon when they doing the revising with skin grafting like type of skin graft or what?

Have to decide on Juvederm this week - my source (doc) is retiring

I know you can get it online, but after what I went through with PMMA, I am only getting it from Allergan. 

I've been trying to decide on this because it will be $1700 for 4cc + 100 supplies + $300 for hylenex to dissolve any mistakes.  So, that's $2000 for 4 cc... and that's the cap on the budget.  I still have some in there from 12/2016, and I probably don't want to risk it fading completely because my surgeon overdid it when he cut out the pmma and gave my dick a beef jerky appearance.  He wasn't interested in doing it smoothly.  He just sort of cut out whatever he felt was hard.

So, here are my sex stats. 

In 2014, I had Round 1 and Round 2.

- Hooked up with  61 different guys after that (through April 1, 2015).  That was a 13 month period and the most sex I have ever had in such a short time in my entire life.  I had also had Peyronie's Disease surgery prior to PMMA, so I was not that sexually active with that condition either. 

After Round 3 in 2015

I hooked up with about 15 guys and had tons of surgeries (over a 2 year period). 

December of 2016 - Voluma (4 cc) and Ultra (2 cc) in Jan 17.   

28 from then until to today.  It really helped in the first 4 months but then the dents started becoming more obvious (where the nodules were cut out) because the product moved to the path of least resistance, which were not the tight scar bands I was trying to "push out".  A lot slid under my shaft too.  

So, you can see there's an obvious impact of having this on my sex life, and Juvederm didn't make things that normal - but it sort of camouflaged the worst of the problems.

The other thing is that I am not really that into sex these days for reasons unrelated to my dick.  Everyone wants to have sex without condoms because of a pill called Truvada (HIV drug that prevents infection), and I am not interested in taking HIV meds daily for the rare time I have anal sex.  Also, it made me pretty sick from the side effects when I did try it once.  Second, poppers and rimming were never something I wanted to do - but not that seems to be a "requirement" now.  if you're not into it - guys are not into you (I'm talking about meeting online here, which is still 75% of how I got laid).  This all seems to be changing in the last 5 years.  (Many many guys have blocked me when I have said I won't bareback or am not into rimming).

Last, I am way past the gay death age of 30 - and almost at the gay ghost age of 40.  It's pretty obvious how much less attention I get now than 5 years ago.  I also had a slightly better body then, but it wasn't that drastic.

So, I have to basically decide this week.  Writing all of this out makes me think I better do it because when this stuff disappears in there, I really do not want to go back to that mess of a dick I had, even despite the fact I have such a low sex drive.   Constantly being self conscious of a weird dick with lumps (I still have some) and dents is not helping matters. $2000 is a lot of money but it will pay for itself in better confidence and sex... maybe.  The sex scene has changed a lot so who knows if it even will matter.   I have so many other things I can spend 2k on right now.

Anyway, if you managed to read all of that, what do you think?

Penuma Implant - Should I use an extender before surgery

I recently had a consultation with Dr Elist in Beverly Hills dr the Penuma implant. I was excited to see the implants up close and personal being that I’m from Toronto I decided to go when visiting family in Arizona. On top of the L, XL and XXL they have Long, and Extra Long so there’s 5-6 implants. I want the XXL and Extra Long but I’m currently only 6.5 erect so I want to stretch my penis by 1.5-2 inches so I can get the Extra Long. I plan on having surgery towards the end of April. I’ve been looking at extenders and apparently Size Genetics auto extender gives good results.

Anyone try to extend their penis before having the implant or any surgery done to maximize results ?

juvederm / hyaluronic acid injections newbie question

Hi all,

Have been at the PE for years on and off, but a bit sick of pumping by now and when i jelq it just wears out my penis and feels completely fatigued when going into the bathmate which means i do a rubbish bathmate session because its too stressful on the member. Anyways I have an extender again and hope to put another inch and a half on that way so erect length is 9 inches, but could take a good few years at the rate I go at.

Anyways my main question is for girth, as I said I have never really noticed any bathmate permanent gains in girth over the 4 years I have done it. I think I gained a half inch this year in length from the bathmate tho taking me to about 7.4 inches NBP. 

Anyways thats my story, I was reading an old thread from mustang about his rollercoaster ride with dr elist and pmma etc. A great informative read had me gripped for an hour or so.

UInfortunately I doint have the money for any of the major surgeries and going by what most hacve said, they are still very hit and miss and not worth the risk a lot of the time. I looked at roberto viel too over in the uk here. I am sure he must make people sign a waver or something saying that they arent allowed to say negative things about surgery if it goes wrong as there are barely any user reviews of his service.

Anyways Chemical PE is the way I think. I want to use hyaluronic acid but I dont want to pay moorgate westhetics over here 3000 just to inject some naturally occuring acid into my penis. I have seen the doctors doing it in a video online and its so simple and quick and easy looking I am serioudly considering buying the product for about 150 quid with needles and numbing cream etc and having a go myself.

What are thoughts on this? Has anyone tried this themself? Would love to hear from you guys,

PRP with PMMA

Avanti Derma offers PRP Subcutaneous and PRP Intracorporal (Cavernosa & Spongiosum). To all the guys that have had PRP Sub or Intra or both with thier PMMA procedure. What do you think please share your thoughts.

Do you know how many CC's of PRP was injected subcutaneous. I'm sure there is some benefit as reduced bruising and potentially faster healing.

To the guys that had PMMA procedures before with no PRP then opted for another procedure with PMMA and PRP. Do you think the added volume of PRP affected your results either negative or positive. Easier to massage? Did the filler migrate easier with added volume. ETC

My thoughts would be either that with the added volume of the PRP that massage might be easier or massage might be harder because of the increased liquid nature of the filler and PRP.

I'm trying to decide if want to do PRP or no. Or potentially do PRP after treatment with low intensity shockwave therapy. I would think the benefit of PRP after low-intensity Shockwave therapy would be better rejuvenation due to the healing nature of the cells contained in PRP injection.

Any thoughts that you guys share would greatly be appreciated thank you...

Stem Cell Injections to help with ED and maybe to increase size

Hi Guys,

I'm getting in touch with you after hearing of a potential new procedure being offered at a clinic with a great deal of experience with stem cell infusions.

First let me qualify this news. A very close friend of mine has been their patient several times already and has shared this information with me. His treatments were what are called "Systemic Stem Cell Infusions" where one's bone marrow is extracted from the hip bone and then after the addition of growth factors the stem cells are infused into the bloodstream through an IV drip session.

I am not sure what results they have had at this date for the last point, which is probably what would most interest people here. However they are far less expensive than any competing clinics, one only receives one's own stem cells and no outside tissues, and they are as experienced in the field as it gets.
