PMMA or Ellanse?
Ok so I have come to a fork in the road. My two options are:
Ellanse, the 4 year version here in London with Moorgate or Androfil.
PMMA with Supermans new doctor in Italy. Using the little by little method of 8-10ml injected each session. I have spoken to him and he is willing to see for two sessions 12 Nov and then again on the 26th Nov.
The disadvantages of both.
Ellanse:
- More expensive
- Not permanent (I like the idea of not having to constantly worry about absorption as this is something i'd like to fix in order to permanently move past my penis issues)
- If I decided lateron that I want to go for PMMA then it will be impossible to dissolve and I would need to be sure all the Ellanse was disolved before having pmma. This would be impossible to tell and could be an extremely long time.
- Would need to keep hiding trips from partnets over the next years to get more injected.
PMMA:
- Potential complications
- Not much known about this new doctor
- Higher risk of unpleasing aesthetics
Advantages:
Ellanse
- Probably easier to mold
- The softness of it compared to PMMA would probably disguise bad aesthetics better
- If things look terrible then its not for the rest of your life!
PMMA:
- Harder firmer feel
- Permanent (Means I can move forward with my life and leave these insecurities behind) Don't have to worry about constantly needing to hide trips to get my dick enlarged from partners.
- Would save a lot of money in the long run.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am ready to pull the trigger but just not sure which way to aim. I am worried that If I go the Ellanse route I will just be conscious that over the next 4 years I will be slowly returning back to normal which means I won't ever feel completely comfortable.

Voluma or other HA fillers in the circ area - (Dr. Oates?)
Have people had success getting rid of "the ring" in this area with HA? Is voluma too thick to go up here? Are any other fillers or techniques (tiny needles?) recommended? Voluma was a pain to inject - I think I used a 22 g cannula even though most people use 27 gague needles. So that tight area is even harder to deal with.
If Dr Oates is reading this, what do you use to get it in there - a needle or microcannula? Does it stay? I've just experienced HA wanting to leave tight areas for more space...not always right away - but eventually. In areas where it has space, it sits just fine. It's been 2 years in one spot and barely even changed.
I think there's also a clear difference between voluma and ultra plus. Ultra plus is all gone at 2 years. Voluma seems to stay.

New to phalloplasty surgery. Anyone same with me?
Hello, it's nice to find a community where I can find great amount of information about phalloplasty surgery. I've had a small penis since early 20s but back then it was not an issue. Now becoming 30, i can now feel the urge to make my girth and length longer due to unsatisfying sexual intercourses with my wife. 2.8in when flaccid and 4.2in when erect. However, after some research on the internet, it's very difficult me to choose which surgery I would need to take and where to take it.
Does anyone have a suggestion to any good doctors? it seems like there are lots of advertisement about dr elist but i've also seen some reviews about the pain and side effects. i've also found this place called proud but i'm not sure if they had many patients with satisfying results.
Im planning on researching more and by next year march i would make my decision to take the phalloplasty surgery

hi folks,
Has anyone actually gained size through the p-shot? i've spent a fair while researching the p-shot but there never seems to be any solid or substantial evidence of size increases, mostly people saying they have better erections.

New HA filler claiming to last up to 5 years
Androfil have stopped using Ellanse as they think it is too dangerous. However they have started offering a new cheaper HA filler called Cutegel Ultra from Korea which apparently can last up to 5 years and is only £185 per ml. Could this be the new replacement for Ellanse? I haven't heard anything about it but maybe I have missed some discussions on this as I have to admit I rarely look at the HA threads, despite having Voluma in my penis at the moment.

I was just doing some reading and come across a filler I had not heard of yet.
It is called LaViv and is a filler that uses your own tissue. The patient has a skin sample (a punch) made behind the ear. The sample is then sent to the lab/manufacturer who uses it to grow your own fibroblasts. This is then sent to the doctor who then injects it. You can also have the company store your tissue for generating more in the future.
I can see big possibilities with this in the enlargement arena.

decision time...
Ok so my options are:
10ml Ellanse 4 year version here in the UK (where i am from) with Moorgate. cost £3000 (would need to have my HA dissolved)
10ml of cutegel HA with Androfill here in London, cost £1800 (wouldn't need to dissolve the HA i already have)
A relatively cheap flight to one of the clinics around Europe where the new Italian Dr offers PMMA. 10ml costs around £900.
Shit I really don't know what to do!! Kinda too many options. I'm undecided if I want to risk PMMA but for some reason don't feel like Ellane is soo much of a risk. The HA would be cheap and just allow me to put of any decision for the next year or two but then I'd still have the weight of wanting to do something permanent hanging over me.
My current stats are 6.75 EL
Girth around 5 inches but I think once i lose my HA probably closer to 4.85
I am uncircumcised and have a fairly long but tight foreskin

Fat Pad Lipo vs Hidden Penis Surgery (Gary Alter)
Hi all,
I have a large congenital fat pad that is not correlated with my body fat % (confirmed by Dr. Jane Chung in SJ and Dr. Gary Alter in LA). AKA, losing more body fat % won't do much to my fat pad. This could be resolved with a simple fat pad lipo (quoted by Dr. Chung at $6K)
In addition, I have an overly aggressive circumcision and minor scrotal webbing that Dr. Alter says will cause my penis to be hidden even if I get fat pad lipo. His procedure is quoted at $20K.
Does anyone with an aggressive circumcision / webbing have experience with fat pad lipo? Will it resolve the problem without having to suture the penis like Dr. Alter does in his procedure? It's a difference of $13K.

Temptations.. temptations...
A year ago I found out about Dr Elist and I got super happy that finally an FDA cleared product was out that could enlarge my penis from what it is now 2.5FL 3.5FG & 4.3EL 4.3EG.. At the time I didn’t have money to consider this surgery so I didn’t keep looking into it nor get stuck on the idea. Fast forward to October 2018, im 23 years old & financially stable to bring $13k cash to Dr Elist.. I saw his website a week ago, saw the pre & post op pictures on his site and google reviews, I also saw negative reviews that I scrolled by without reading because I didn’t want to be convinced 100% otherwise. I guess when you read all the good promises, testimonials, & 95+% success rate all you can think of is that you finally found the cure to your small dick..

Am I wrong to assume that the only bad experiences were the pain & numbness & that I should take these risks with the idea that worst case scenario I can just remove the implant & start stretching to get my size back ?

Shockwave therapy after PMMA?
I think I’m about to pull the trigger with this new Italian doctor. I have been speaking to him and he sent me a long recorded voice message yesterday. He seems like a nice guy but I think he is being selective about who he sees. I’m going to see him on the 20th in his house in Monte Carlo where he lives and where he has a private surgery too. He says on that day he is seeing 3 other guys for the same procedure.
I was wondering has anyone tried shockwave therapy after PMMA? I mean for improving erections. Does the shockwaves negatively effect the plastic beads or collagen in anyway?

DIY PMMA
Hello all! I haven’t made too many of my own posts. I’ve been reading a lot for years. I’ve seen lots of stories and I think luckily more successes lately than horrors. Sorry for those who have had trouble though. We feel your pain. Anyway, I’ve reached out to some sellers of PMMA directly and am considering doing it myself. The products come with needles but I would be of course using a blunt cannula. I have some questions about the procedure for those who observed it: is a completely new blunt cannula used for each injection site or can you use one repeatedly (within the course of one self-administered session)? Is there a specific recommended producer or variation? Or does it (as I suspect) vary by syringe/product? I anticipate a bit of flack from the admins. I don’t mean to be incendiary but I am not really sold on the idea that I need to travel outside of the states to do these honestly menial procedures. In my opinion the value of the expense is in the assuredness we have of the doctor, including his/her liability for it (even if it’s just through reputation). But in all seriousness this isn’t rocket science. I will be doing a uranalysis for any STIs prior and taking antibiotics after anyway. Another advantage of this is that Id like to spot test 1cc somewhere relatively benign for adverse reactions. I have all the time in the world if I do it myself. I’d do it probably on some loose skin near but not completely at my elbow to simulate the sensation of skin that varies from loose to taught easily.

I did stretches daily. Some hanging and extenders. I just went with what seemed to work. I know I tore or popped a tendon or ligament at some point and after that I saw the most gains. I made sure to take a break for a couple days and then went full on again and it popped a little a few more times and within a few months I’d made a pretty significant gain. The girth gains were from (i think they were called) uly exercises. I also did some targeted clamping. I got some discoloration but not bad and I noticed my veins slowly protruded more so I think the mass introduced is mostly from expanding the veins in the penis. This has been mostly permanent but of course fluctuates throughout as I do catch up work now and then to get it back up when it seems small again.
Probably after reading some of my ideas you might think I should talk with a mental health professional first. Well... I have. Not about the DIY PMMA though. I determined to get in shape and heal my body first. I did keto diet and most of my fat is gone, my skin is repaired nearly all the eczema I had and my allergies and asthma have gotten much better too. So now I’m really looking for the next step.

This has been mostly permanent but of course fluctuates throughout as I do catch up work now and then to get it back up when it seems small again.
Probably after reading some of my ideas you might think I should talk with a mental health professional first. Well... I have. Not about the DIY PMMA though. I determined to get in shape and heal my body first. I did keto diet and most of my fat is gone, my skin is repaired nearly all the eczema I had and my allergies and asthma have gotten much better too. So now I’m really looking for the next step.
Curious what responses I’ll get. We are all in this together.
