Why Go With Dr. C as apposed to just asking a plastic surgeon to do the PMMA procedure?
Hello all,
I am DEFINITELY going to do a penis girth enhancing procedure. The cost of Dr. C is quite steep, so why would I not have another surgeon do it at a cheaper price? I know Dr. C is more experienced, but is it really that technically advanced of a procedure that a certified plastic surgeon couldn't perform it.
Note: I am in argentina so the alternative options for me would be a plastic surgeon here. Also I am open to alternatives to PMMA
Any advice is appreciated 🙂

Poll-releasing the suspensory ligament
I read on Dr. Gary Alter MD's website:
Increasing penile length requires releasing the suspensory ligament and the wearing of penile weights after the surgery. Releasing the ligament partially frees the penis from its pubic bone attachments, dropping it to a lower position, which may increase penile length or give the illusion of length gain.
Has any of you had this type of procedure to increase your penile length? If yes, did it work? I'm really curious about this. I remember that, years ago, a urologist flat out told me that no doctor should ever cut the ligament.

Surgery and Chemical Protocol for erect length
I am probably reviving old posts here, but i am not quite clear about a topic, one of the most important ones if you ask me, such as the Bayard Olle Santos's case and protocol.
I am sure that many of you are aware of that patient of that doctor, that had a claimed extension of 16 cm, from 11cm to 27 cm.
The case was published in Guiness Book, Le monde, Wikipedia and publicly presented by that surgeon at a Seminar in the USA, back in the early 2000's.
The patient underwent suspensory ligament release surgery, intensivly used the Jes Extender for 5 years, and in this time (from feb. 1995- may 2000, when the final measurments were done) he underwent some chemical injections of some sort, pregnyl if i recall.
I am asking you the next set of questions:
1) Do you know if the case was debunked? And by this i mean with proofs and evidence not personal opinions.
2) Have you got information about the patinet, especially age wise when he got that protocol adimistrated?
3) Is there any information of doctors that performe this protocol somewhere around the world, since Bayard is in jail now, and quite old?
4). Have any of you here underwent something like this?

Abstract
OBJECTIVES:
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a new penile traction device (PTD), 'Penimaster PRO', in a group of patients with stable Peyronie's disease (PD) compared with a non-intervention group in a multicentre study.
MATERIAL AND METHODS:
A total of 93 patients with chronic stable PD (without erectile dysfunction, with no significant pain, and with a unidirectional curvature of at least 45° being stable for > 3 months) were recruited and followed for a 12-week period. Of these patients, 47 were randomly assigned to the Penimaster PRO group (PG) and 46 to the non-intervention group (NIG). Patients were asked to apply the PTD 3-8 h a day for 12 consecutive weeks, with specific instructions regarding the progressive increase of traction force applied to the penis over time. The primary outcome of the study was the change in the degree of curvature measured in the fully erect state after intracavernosal injection of alprostadil at baseline, 1, 2 and 3 months. Other variables, such as the type of curvature, stretched penile length (SPL), Peyronie's Disease Questionnaire (PDQ) scores, erectile function domain of the International Index of Erectile function (IIEF-EF) score and adverse events (AEs) were also assessed in each visit.
RESULTS:
Forty-one patients in the PG and 39 in the NIG completed the study. There was an overall reduction in curvature of 31.2° (P < 0.001) at 12 weeks compared to baseline in the PG, representing a 41.1% improvement from baseline, which significantly correlated with the number of daily hours the device was applied in a dose-dependent manner. Those patients using the device < 4 h/day experienced a reduction of 15°-25° (mean 19.7°, 28.8% improvement; P < 0.05), while patients using the device > 6 h/day experienced greater curvature reduction, ranging from 20° to 50° (mean of 38.4°, 51.4% improvement; P < 0.001). In contrast, no significant changes in curvature were observed in the NIG. Furthermore, SPL increased significantly in the PG compared to baseline and compared with the NIG, ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 cm (mean 1.8 cm; P < 0.05). The IIEF-EF score also improved in patients in the PG (by a mean of 5 points). Mild AEs occurred in 43% of patients, such as local discomfort and glans numbness.
CONCLUSION:
The use of the Penimaster PRO PTD, a non-invasive treatment, should be offered to patients with stable PD for 3 consecutive months before performing any corrective surgery, as this provided a significant reduction in the curvature, an increase in penile length and a significant improvement of the symptoms and bother induced by PD.

Pines enlargement by fat transfer - I'm I in trouble?
Hi guys,
Lovely to find you, I wish I new about this forum before I did the surgery.
Its been a week (6 days) since I have done my pines enlargement (girth only) by fat transfer in Turkey. I'm back in London now and be honest I'm rather concerned of my current condition. My pines is quite swollen, red and looks very unnatural, not nice at all.
I contacted the doctor who performed the surgery but he was very snappy and didn't even bother to answer all my questions, three only!
I wonder if any of you have done such surgery and can help me to understand what to expect, i.e. how quick the fat will be absorbed, healed etc. I wish the fat be absorbed quickly so that I have my pines back 🙁(( I want to cry over my stupidity.

FFT with Roberto Viel
Hi all ,
I have been a silent member since 2012 with another username. Reading on and off while making my decision until last month. This post is to help those who are considering FFT with Dr.Roberto veil and get advice from those who has done fft before in my recovery period and later. Last month finally I made up my mind and booked an appointment on 24th June with Viel for girth enhancement . Today is my 8th day of post surgery recovery. I will try to update my progress and feelings here. To give a pre surgery picture , I was measuring 3.5 in flaccid and 4.7 inch erect girth . Was never really bothered about the length. Should be somewhere around 7.5 - 8 inch erect.
on the day of the surgery he informed he will perform FFT with PRP ( don’t really know what it would do and couldn’t ask him that time. If someone can help me understand it , that would be great )
after the surgery until now ( after 8 days ) , I have real swelling on the skin just under the glans and a bit of pain if I am not resting. By yesterday I really started worrying about the swelling , as it wasn't subsiding. But when I communicated with the clinic and checked with the doctor, he said , it will take 2-3 weeks to go away .
Immediately after the surgery and until now , I am measuring 5.5 inch girth flaccid . could never have an erection yet , so can’t say anything about the erect girth .
He said 30-40% will get reabsorbed and advised me to come back for the top ups as they will store my fat for 2 years . He advised me to come first week of August for the first top up which I am still considering .
I will wait for the swelling to go away to give a right picture of measurement and aesthetics. He has asked me to squeeze on the swollen area and do massaging on the whole shaft a few times a day.
What I am happy about so far :
Its really hanging long with thick flaccid looks . Though I have a wonderful sex life with my wife , I always used to hate the looks especially in flaccid . Even if 1.5 inch from the 2 inch gain it shows now gets reabsorbed, I would be happy for it as my goal was just that . To cross the 5 inch mark when erect and look normal .
what I am not happy about so far
1 . Swelling
2. mild pain
3. No erection .. I don’t know when it’s gonna kick in .
4. feels a small curve towards the head of penis and not straight . I am hoping with the swelling gone and massaging it should look straight as before .
He said he will correct any issues in the aesthetics in my second visit .
Thats for now . Will update in couple of days if there is any change in the situation. Meanwhile if anyone can comment about the swelling ( how long it’s gonna take ) and the erection worry I have ( when it can ) , that will help me .

Hi all I have been trying to read through the massive amount of information on here. I am considering pmma to permanently increase the girth of my penis. I am well below average in girth size. I was wondering how many injections I may need to reach my goal. I have never had any enhancement procedures Currently I am around 5.5"El 2.0"EG /2"FL 1.5fg. my goal I guess would to be in the 4~4.5"eg with length the last of my worries as from what i read so far there are no true gains for erect length? Or is that unrealistic expectations? I always have known I was at the very small side of the spectrum. Since I was twelve or thirteen,and I'm ready to fix this part of my body. I have always been unhappy with and always felt powerless to change. Any advice from this community is welcome. Be it For or against,or if there is a better solution I haven't read about yet. I appreciate a this forum where we can be adults about our least favorite thing to reveal.

Erection problems
I had pmma removed ,now i have some problem with the erection . My dick get back my length ,but even after i took Cialus my erections are dying very very fast . And also i saw that my dick is much thicker after i took cialis when its soft and stretched with penimaster . Without cialis i cant even get hard and i cant even jerk off . I guess i have some problem with the blood in my penis and my brain sending me signals to get hard . I am 20 years old by the way , any advice,some pills , i am doing Kegels exercises since last week ,i hope it helps . im not sure if it was called like that . Can i improve my erection somehow ? Is it possible my erection to die ,because im taking cialis all the time before sex .. literally and now i cant get hard without cialis ..

Dr. Heller Fft and lipo
Hi I have a scheduled appointment with dr. Heller this month for fat pad lipo and fft. First time poster. This forum saved me from Dr. Elist. I had deposit in and less than a month until surgery and seemed to have dodged a bullet. Dr. Elist seems to be more of a marketing genius than a medical genius. It can be hard to find anything negative about him. I decided to go with Dr. Heller after much research and the method he suggested. He personally told me Dr. Elist shoves a piece of plastic in there basically and hes had to remove 4 implants his self. Really just wanting to start a before and after. Open to questions and discussions. My surgery is scheduled for the last week of July. Nervous but excited. I have a very average dick on the small side. 5.2" EL. But I get plenty of sex almost daily. So taking a chance with my dick is scary for me but I've made up my mind. Any input/questions/suggestions would be appreciated.

Making the decision
I have spent a decent amount of time reading, searching, researching and re-reading several threads on this site. I have also spent time reading as much literature as I can on the websites of Doctor’s and surgeons who provide a solution to penis enlargement. I am 37 years old, married and have children. I have never received a complaint, but rather compliments from women in my past and my wife. I do have my own personal insecurities, which I’m finding mean very little to my wife and most women. Meaning, it’s a bigger deal to me than it is to them. In my search for a solution to my own-personal goal I have narrowed it down to a couple of options, thanks to this site. With enough searching, I have found sad stories, failures and lackluster results with each and every method. Unlike a breast or butt augmentation, we cannot simply choose the size and shape we want. Although it’s not that simple for women, their expectations are much more easily managed. I have some OCD tendencies that will prove to be both a positive and a negative. Any imperfections will haunt me, but I will also be obsessed with aftercare to the T. I’m also not very patient. These are all things I’m praying about and discussing with my wife as we prepare to go down this road.
As it stands, my current stats are :
FL: 3.5”-4”
FG: 4”-4.25”
EL: 6.25”
EG: 5-1/8”
On rare occasions I’ve had girls really love my penis and obsess over me. When I say rare, maybe 2-3 out of a few dozen. None complained. A couple (when I was dumb enough to ask) had exes much larger. My wife, when I met her told me about a long time boyfriend who she felt beat most porn stars. We were drunk, had just met, we weren’t serious yet... but she was being honest.
Although she’s happy, compliments me, enjoys sex... that sticks with me. When we were just hanging out she would also mention guys bulges were hot or would make her horny. She’d want pics of me in boxer briefs or basketball shorts or slacks. I’d chub it up and send them haha. Since I have a fairly small flaccid penis, I have no actual bulge. No dick print. I’ve actually never let her see me without an erection. I’ve never let any woman see me. I’ve let this keep me from a lot of things. It also creates anxiety on a daily basis as I wear slacks and suits daily. I’m straight, but see other men often and feel inadequate. Even just using the restroom or showering brings me down or causes anxiety.
With that said, my wife supports me. She has a breast augmentation and is getting a Brazilian butt lift in December. She understands wanting to have exaggerated gestures. I am looking into options that will allow me a greater flaccid appearance. I want to be the guy with the obvious dick print and want my wife shocked over and over when my pants come off... the same way I am when she’s topless, or wearing something revealing.
I appreciate everyone’s logs, experiences and openness. My two thoughts at the moment are geared towards Ellanse or PMMA. Have to say my two biggest reservations about PMMA are that it’s permanent and that it’s being done in Tijuana. I don’t see that concern expressed much here, but I feel I can’t be the only one. Ellanse reservations are cost and that it’s temporary. Yes, that’s contradicting, but I see both sides of it.
I’m looking forward to interacting more. Once I have made a decision I will also happily share my experience. In the meantime, if anyone has found a way to go from the size I am, to having a ridiculous dick print-share your secret!! Haha!!

Need some advice on PE (mostly for Girth enhancement)
Hello guys,
I stumbled on this site after searching for information on Penis Filler after it was brought up by my urologist who's specializes in treating issues that involved in sexual medicine.
He has offered to do the HA for around $2K, US dollars and informed me it would last around 1 year.
After I got to know this site, other options opened up to me as the PMMA by Dr. C in Tijuana, Mexico and the other is the service provided by Dr. Loria, which I've heard about from another adult-sex related website.
I had selected Dr. Loria as I live in NE section of the USA and he's seems to be closer than Dr. C.
I've signed up for a phone consultation this coming Tuesday, 09Jul2019.
However, I checked this website that gathered there were some in-settle with the services provided by Dr. Loria, from a post dated 2 years ago.
At this time, I'm not sure what/where to go. I would rather wanted some thing permanent, so HA is my 2nd option.
Any suggestions/advice, please do provide.
BTW: Although I'm circumcised, there are some loose skin on the left side of my penis, down near my penis head. I've made a appointment with a local urologist who specializes in adult circumcision to find out if this can be revised, including complete removal of the frenulum. Based on what I've read, this may help to keep the shape of the penis.

Getting ready for Round 2 next week with Dr Morales

After three years of first round PMMA and 3 months after circumcision and Frenulactomy later I am looking forward to some decent gains in girth next week.
Last three years I have build decent amount of muscle and lost more than 14lb of fat. I am 5 ft 4 so my physique looks pretty lean and muscular. That has helped with erect length. I measured this morning 5.1 inches in EL.
In my first PMMA round I was not circumcised and hence Dr C was conservative, got 12 ml.
Hoping this round I will get higher concentration and volume with the Utmost package.
I have goal to be 6 inches in diameter.
Would love to hear from experienced members what they think about my goals.

Need help with getting HA out

So I've tried to dissolve the rest of my HA with hyaluronidase (procedure by the one who injected it). It seems like the rest wont go away - its very squishy. Maybe the injector diluted the hyaluronidase too much.
So I'm looking for a needle+syringe to try and extract it out.
Can anyone be so kind to provide me with details of which I should go with? e.g. what kind of needle?

Hard lump after HA
Hello all, I had the HA voluma fillers for the first time the other day. Everything seems okay apart from a few things. It has left a very hard lump that appeared pretty much straight after the procedure. It's very prominent when erect and I would say about half a pea size. I am unable to massage it out and its only slightly moveable. Any idea what this could be? Also, I am uncut and unable to retract my foreskin, when I am flaccid, it seems the filler hangs over the glans and up to the foreskin. I think it may have even leaked out abit but I'm not 100 percent sure it was filler.
