Hello Y'all 

Total noob here, I have to saw I am happy that I stumbled across this page as I made a deposit for the Elist surgical implant, after hearing so many stories I decided against it i was able to get a full refund.

  Since then I've been reading every thread I can, I quickly became interested in PMMA by Dr. C but due to only being 29y.o. and not having kids yet I opted to wait since it is permanent. I really wish Dr.C offered Ellanse, but since they don't I'm debating on going with 
Morganstern I like that they are an actual urologist and that they are located in the USA.

I ended a long term relationship of 7 years this past November. I started dating around and actually started dating my Supervisor lol. She's black, and I'm her first white guy. Before we were together we always talked about sex. She has only had 3 sexual partners, me being the 3rd. She told me the first guy was almost 9.5" erect but it was uncomfortable, and the 2nd guy was 8.25"  erect, she stated she could feel both of them in her abdomen. She told me she didn't orgasm with the first guy but did with the second guy.  Like I stated before we always talked about sex, I never  mentioned my size of my package. Recently she made a comment, "we are late because your little dick wanted attention". Hi,

This is my first post here, I have long considered I wanted a little more than what I was given to me atbirth and I’ve finally made the decision to go ahead with it. 

Ive done what I think is a lot of research both on here and other places and I am getting closer to pressing go.

I live in Australia, and I am curious in thoughts from members here please.

I am thinking that Ellanse is the path I will take and I reached out to Dr Oates as I have read he has performed a few procedures for people on here and they have been good.

He replied promptly advising me he works out of Perth (a 3 hour plane ride for me) but there is another doctor in his team, Dr Dahn who operates out of my city who he says was an early concert to Ellanse and has probably performed more procedures than anyone else in the world.

I guess is my question is should I jump on a plane and go and see Dr Oates, or visit his representative in my city? 

Im keen to hear your thoughts and any feedback from any of you who have had experience with either Dr Oates or Dr Dahn.

Post 10ML Ellanse

Hey Guys,

I received 10ML Ellanse yesterday (10/07/2019) and am a little worried at how my penis is looking.. My doctor who done the procedure never gave me a “cock sock” or anything to cover/spread the product evenly. He just recommended massaging my penis morning and night. Massaging doesn’t seem to be helping with spreading the Ellansé and am worried about the shape it is taking and how swollen my penis is.. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I am going to see my the doctor next Wednesday for a follow up.

30ML Deep - Ellanse

Oh yeah,    Yall read that right !     I'm now  30ml deep with  Ellanse, on 3 rounds.     Just wanted to updated the group on this landmark event . hahahahaha.      OK seriously.       This is not going to be my procedure thread where I post all of my notes and thoughts and pictures.   That will come later.    

This is just a quick update  for some light Q&A  and to tell you all whats available out there depending on where you might be in your journey. 

2nd day post op.    Still going through my normal care routine &  took the week off to handle all this properly.      Here are some changes I have made.    I am using gel packs instead of rags this time because they hold hear better.   Microwave 2 at time and then roll until there is no heat left. 
I began the use of my stretcher same as last time, immediately upon leaving the office.   IT IS NOT my normal stretcher, it is one that is ONLY designed to fit behind the glans.  
I also began my hanging the on day 1 post op.  Using a Noose style hanger and really light weight (3.5 for me),  Noose style hangars for those that dont know suck and hurt and dont do well at high weights.  But they are also the only one that fits safely behind the head without fucking with my shaft.    I use this probaly 4 - 5 times a day for as long as I want to in 5-10 intervals.    I do not mean 5 times a day at 10 min.  I mean,  4 -5 sessions per day and the session could be four 10 minute cycles.    You have to let head get its blood back and like i said, the dame noose is just fucking uncomfortable.   haha.   I do sit for some of these cycles and stand also and I apply heat most of the time.  most meaning,  the packs get cold eventually. 

Next.  I am sleeping completely prone to avoid as much loss into the body as possible.     NOTE:   this is normally the worst on the first round FYI -  Drainage into the ball sack or body.    
I am using four of those airplane donut pillows and every other pillow in my house.  I made a pillow bed on my bed with the pillows and donuts that allow for cock entry.   Second reason I did this,  and also why we used all 10ml's of my ellanse is that we did some experimental base injections where there was clear evidence of my length gains from hanging and stretching.   Doing this has so far evened out the back end of my shaft and base nicely.   And with any luck, it may also provide a small amount of non surgical length gain.  So as you can see now,  I am sleeping this way because I want to get my full moneys worth. 
Also, Due to the injection style on this round, I am not able to wear my previous amount of cocks ( which was around 4 or so, maybe even 5 ),  due to the indention created at the base  which would be counter productive to my goals on of this round.  So I am wearing 2 only, sleeping prone,  and waking up every few hours to heat and roll.     
Next,  I am not sitting down much at all these 3 days  (yes, some )   I am stand, stretched of course, walking around. Or taking a quick nap to kill time.  in my donut whole of course. 

So FYI,  don't expect the dr to offer this type of injection until you have completed your normal amount rounds and so on and some experience and comfort with the procedure.  Like I said, this was experimental for me and my choice completely.   



As always,  I felt Dr Carney and all the staff there were fucking awesome and polite.  They complimented my current results and routines which was flattering of course. 
There was a new doctor there with Carney doing some shadowing.  Im not sure if he is training or just observing,  I didnt ask.  But he was very nice also as well as he is a Urologist.

sorry I know this is not phalloplasty but I don’t know where this post should go.

i have a huge fupa/mons pubis.  I was thinking about getting lipo but discovered Kybella and seen it can be used there.  Has anyone done this?  My girl got her chin fat reduced and it definitely works.  And my bpel is 6.25 and my Nbpel is 4.75.  In at 12% bf and this is just a genetic thing for me, even when I was in the single digits for bf it still didn’t go away

Doctors' Names

I'm having some trouble with the names of the doctors we all talk about. Who is doctor N? Doctors C and M are discussed enough that we all know, but that's about it. Should we perhaps have a directory? Or maybe we can make it a practice to include a doctor's full name?

Does anyone else have this frustration?

Early treatment of nodules with DMSO

I received 10 mL of Ellanse-E 8 days ago and I'm beginning to notice two nodules, one bb sized on the underside near the glans and another smaller one on the top also near the glans. I was thinking about using a DMSO/iodine solution to try to soften them up. DMSO has been an effective treatment for others on this forum, but I don't believe anyone has reported using it as early as only 1 week post-op. My thinking is the sooner I can even it out the better. At this point the nodules are composed of mostly the carrier which would be easier to soften than collagen encapsulated tissue. I've been massaging with my thumb but this doesn't seem to be working.

What's the conventional wisdom on early treatment of nodules/irregularities? Is it better to wait it out and see if it resolves with time? What methods have others found effective for preemptive treatment?

Gentlemen, although I have it set in my mind to do two rounds of Ellanse, combined with stretching and hanging, I have a question for everyone.
Which method do you believe to yield the best gains in both girth and flaccid length? My personal goal is to add 1” to flaccid and erect girth as well as 2” to flaccid length. Which method/methods do you believe to be the quickest road to a goal such as this? Surgical, manual, fillers, etc.

HA fillers for girth

Is Voluma the most common HA filler still being used for penile enlargement? Now that it’s been used for awhile , how long does it last in most people. Is 18 months to 2 years a reasonable expectation? I’ve been told by one doctor that he doesn’t like to use voluma because it feels squishy. and not natural . Does mixing Ellanse with it offset that ? Also, which restylane filler is most commonly used when voluma is not used ? And is it true that it lasts maybe a year ? I guess what I’m asking is the following; does restylane give a better result than voluma ? And getting touch ups with restylane every year versus voluma every 18 months or 2 years just as cost effective?

Hanging Post PMMA Updates

Hey everyone,

There are some long distant threads discussing hanging post PMMA, but relatively few from people who had stuck with it or had any substantial news to share. I'm very curious to hear updates on whether anyone has been hanging post-PMMA, and if so what difficulties and successes they've had.

As for myself, I started hanging with the LG hanger after PMMA. It's very easy, and there are no complications related to PMMA, but I'm maxed out at 17.5lb now, and I don't think I can go too much heavier without blisters and slipping.

Recently I've started trying the bib hanger as well, but it's impossible to get it to grab the internals now, even if I tighten a lot. In particular I think the distance between the top and bottom teeth is too small, and this presents an issue with all the additional tissue after PMMA. There's a few other compression hangers on the market I was considering. Has anyone had success with the bib or any other compression hangers after PMMA?

Today is the 20th July of 2019. Today is the 50th year anniversary of Moon landing, the day when the human first ever landed on the space object which is almost 400 000 km's from the Earth. Yet, 50 years later we still have nothing for altering erect length.

I appeal to everyone on behalf of millions of man all over the World who suffer from being born with a small penis. I'm still young, though countless men younger than me have had their lives absolutely ruined by this condition. Some cases are not that bad, but even for those, there are still in this day and age no proven treatments. Many suffer from botched surgeries and penile deformity from scarring that makes any sexual activity impossible. I strongly believe that this condition would already be very treatable if it had anywhere close to the attention women's sexual health issues have worldwide. This is not even just about sexual wellness. This condition tears at the very center of a man's identity. It's a daily struggle that no one without this affliction can truly relate to.

Anyway, I'm writing this post not just for me, but for all the men who are suffering, looking to the future for a glimpse of hope. Many have taken notice in stem cells technology/tissue regeneration, specifically as it relates to penile tissue. I have seen so much pain, frustration, and anger, and not solely because of their condition, but for lack of effective treatment. They want to funnel all these extremely heartfelt emotions into action. All they need, all we need, is an outlet. I speak for us all that we would give every last penny, every material possession we own, if it meant we could fasten progress in this particular field.

Many have spoke with doctors and research clinics/institutions, such as WFIRM regarding their penile tissue engineering research, that seem to be making progress that could be applied to effective treatment for penis enlargement. I'm not entirely sure if you guys are the one I should be speaking with on this matter, but if not it would be much appreciated if you could forward this letter to whoever can help with this question.

We know there are many life threatening conditions and diseases that are more important than addressing small penises. But this is nonetheless an extremely important sector of research. I am in contact with many, many men who would give everything they have for just a chance at being accepted into a clinical trial of effective penis enlargement. We are truly a desperate segment of the population, in higher numbers than any mainstream entity is willing to acknowledge (real numbers might be 50% of males population if not higher).

For some of us, the only thing which keeping us alive is just a faint hope that someday things will change. But what's the point if this will happen no earlier than in the next 50 years? Thanks for your attention.

New member, greetings and advice seeking

Hello everyone

This is my first time posting here. I'd like to say im grateful for this place existing as im sure it has spared a lot of people a lot of permanent grief ( me included as i was considering a penuma implant ) that would otherwise have no factual alternative to visit. I salute this soon to be 10 years old initiative as well as you, happy to be onboard and meet you all.

I am still in the process of researching and as you can imagine the amount of options out there seems overwhelming. A little bit of background about myself.

Age: 30
E.L: 6.5"
E.G:4.7"


My goal is to increase my girth as i am unfortunately below average and am always afraid of a sausage-in-a-hallway situation. Even though things seem to be good with my girlfriend, i'm sure i can do a lot more for her with better equipment. As far as length goes im relatively satisfied.

A few bullet points:

  • Ideally im looking for something a little more permanent than HA, it seems like PMMA might be a good candidate but seems more intrusive.
  • Its important to get something that will not only create the illusion of more girth but will actually be sturdy so that it can actually make a difference during intercourse.
  • Some noteable people here seem to swear by Elanse. Would that fulfill the above points?

At this point im very unaware and i was wondering if you'd have pointers for someone with my specs.

Ellanse analysis megapost

Hello everyone.

The intention of this post is to gather up information that is or isn't commonly requested about Ellanse in one place. After some research, Ellanse seems to be the best option for girth enhancement that is practical in nature and isn't only aiming for an aesthetic boost. I will attempt to ask a series of labeled questions below which people with experience on the issue can answer, hopefully making this a good beginners place for all things Ellanse and making it into the Injectable Fillers Database one day. Links to places where some questions are covered are much welcome and useful.

The goal towards which i am evaluating Ellanse as a filler here is simple:

To increase girth and subsequently friction and pleasure during intercourse

I am not examining options such as fat transfer or anything that will give off an aesthetic boost in girth that is not in fact playing any role during intercourse.
Disclaimer: apologies for the exhaustive post, i'm aiming for completeness. Please feel free to browse through the thematics and answer whatever you feel more knowledgable on/interested in answering. And of course, big thanks for contributing.

TO THE QUESTIONS THEN

Background

A. How long has Ellanse been around for in the penis fillers context?
B. What is the oldest documented case of someone having received Ellanse enhancement that has been vocal about it? Wondering about down the road side-effects that we might not yet be aware of due to it's recency.
C. Do we have any documented cases of deep dissatisfaction with Ellanse?
D. Is there a specific brand of Ellanse that the patient needs to make absolutely sure is used? How can the patient know that it's the one used? Requesting to see it being opened out of the box isn't surefire as a lesser product might have been repackaged and this also might offend the doctor. Your advice on this?

Material firmness and naturalness

E. Many like Chester and Texas have reported that Ellanse does not give off a padded-penis feeling and is in fact firm. I trust them fully and it would be reassuring to have others to verify this is also how it worked for them.
F. Does it affect the bendability/flexibility of the penis any? Are there any sex positions for which Ellanse makes things painful or uncomfortable?
G1. Does it affect sensation any ( i.e making penis feel more numb in general )
G2. Does it affect erection hardness?

Ellanse and Penis Size/Shape

H. This might sound silly but would Ellanse be a good option for all penis sizes or would it only work great on an already girthy "sturdy" unity? An example: I am currently at 6.5" E.L and 4.7" E.G. Maybe the lack of material already present would make the procedure hard to get right.
I. I imagine Ellanse is better suited for showers than growers. I'm an aggressive grower meaning my flaccid length/girth are significantly less than my erect ones. Given fillers don't expand/shrink with erections could this be a problem?
J. Since Ellanse stimulates collagen growth, is it likely for it to eventually change the shape of a penis and cause Peyronie's Disease? My penis is slightly banana shaped already ( potentially due to circumcision surgery and scar tissue i might not be aware of ) and i worry that Ellanse will make things worse. My partner enjoys the shape now as it hits the right spots but you can imagine this going the wrong way.
K. Is adding Ellanse to the base safe? For example that's my thinnest point.

Permanency

L. Ellanse is supposed to be a semi permanent filler. This means that eventually it will be absorbed by the body. However it stimulates collagen production and therefore there is an irreversible factor to it. So is there a risk of something like I. happening with irreversible effects?

How much, Bob?
M. I'm seeing that typically people go for 2 rounds of 10ml. If you'd like link or share your experiences on this. Androfill on their site that matches up ml's used to girth gained. Would you say that's generally accurate? https://www.androfill.co.uk/how-much-filler-to-take/. I am not promoting this clinic, its simply a reference i came across.

Pre OP care
N. I've read that vitamin C and collagen supplements are provided as post op aftercare. Wouldn't it make sense (as the body takes some time to absorb and distribute such supplements) to start intake even before the operation for a week or so to have them readily available for the body when needed?
O. What else pre-op care advice do you have?

Post OP aftercare

P. Each doctor will probably provide a different set of instructions but on top of that your advice is probably invaluable. If you could link to Ellanse specific post op aftercare routines that would be swell (<-- heh ).

Other

Q. Other than the glans, are there areas you should avoid injecting Ellanse in? I imagine one would want to avoid the urethra.
R. What's the worst case scenario with Ellanse ?
S. Any important questions im missing that i should add for completeness?

Megafill + PDRN + autologous fat combination injection

Hey guys,

New on the scene and been interesting to read through the topics, I know generally there is no known 'permanent' solution and HA is the best temporary solution.

I am looking at doing a Megafill+PDRN+autologous fat combination injection operation in South Korea at the Trueman Clinic. 

The clinic seem genuine with their staff being fairly well accredited and qualified and being members of associations such as -

Member of Korean Association of urology
Member of Korean Association of Urogenital Tract Infection an Inflammation

And also have 12 branch clinic locations..


I know Reklaw had a bad experience with Megafill and not discrediting him but it was a high dose in a single session and a little while back now. I am curious if the combination of all 3 could be a success or ?

Price is $4,500 USD

Would be good to some opinions on this, has anyone else tried this combination or PDRN or the autologous fat ??
