Hello Everyone!

Let me start with my measurements (keep in mind these were all taken while seated). I WILL NOT BE UPLOADING PHOTOS which is a personal preference and I hope that everyone can respect that. If you feel otherwise then just go have a nice day and tell it to someone else.

PRE-PROCEDURE
Non-Bone Pressed Flaccid Length: 3.9in
Flaccid Girth: 4.6in
Bone-Pressed Stretched Flaccid Length: 7.5in
Erect Girth: 5.5in
Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length: 6in
Bone-Pressed Erect Length: 7.1in
Erect Glans Circumference : 4.5in

5 DAYS POST-PROCEDURE (will update these as time progresses)
Non-Bone Pressed Flaccid Length: 5in
Flaccid Girth: 5.75in
Erect Girth: 6.25in
(left any length and glans measurements out of post-procedure as those are unaffected except for flaccid length)

Visually, I am circumcised and my shaft/glans look even in width. The skin is on the shaft is relatively tight with only some looseness to the skin near my circumcision scar which is about 1in below my glans.

DISCLAIMER!!!!!! Everything after this will read like a biography on my journey up to the point of discovering phalloplasty and arriving to the conclusion of getting Ellanse with Dr. Casavantes. If you prefer to skip this section then skip to the next solid line after these next few paragraphs! Thank you!:

My Ellanse journey all started about 2 1/2 months ago when I did a little research on
penis enlargement. The first procedure I came across was Dr. James Elist and his Penuma implant. The idea of having a plastic sleeve inserted into my penis permanently put me off but I was intrigued by the idea of having a larger girth and length. This led me to doing some research on the Penuma implant which brought me to this site. Here is where I realized that most people who get this procedure were unhappy and had it taken out eventually due to complications.
Once the Penuma implant option was eliminated I learned about Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections through this site. Now let me go on a small rant that will hopefully help future newcomers into feeling more at ease when it comes to this site whose main goal is to discuss phalloplasty. If you don’t care about hearing this then just move on to the next paragraph. I truly hope no one takes any offense to this! I am just being open and honest which is something I feel I can do given my anonymous nature... this site has been a blessing and knowing what I know now I would never had held these preconceived notions regarding it. I am a younger guy and without sounding like a total douche (I know I will anyways) I have always been considered handsome and “cool”. I have a fiancé who could out-rival any supermodel. So given my fortunate luck in life, I felt extremely uneasy lurking on a site dedicated to men making their penis bigger through medical procedures. It was never that I thought I was better than anyone (I am not), it was just that I thought everyone here came from a very different set of ideas and lives then me. The pornographic avatars and hearing about people getting permanent fillers injected into their penises until they the point of necrosis were a few of the things that made me feel out of place. I felt like I had entered a world of people who were so heavily addicted to the idea of a huge penis that they would botch their member at all costs to obtain that dream. Not only that, but given the nature of being fooled by the whole Elist implant I really didn’t know who to trust. I was extra suspicious of this site and I cannot count the thousands of posts from peoples post history that I went through. It wasn’t until after going through pretty much every thread and doing my own research into things that I realized my prejudices were unfounded. I no longer feel like I entered some dark-web back alley where all kinds of nasty goes on lol. I urge anyone who is new here that is on the fence about the idea of phalloplasty to exhibit some patience and to do your own research! Ok! back to being on topic....
With HA, I liked the aesthetic results that I saw and the fact that it could be dissolved at any time if I was unhappy. However, I was put off by two big issues. One, most people who got it noted that the texture it gave to their penis was more of a soft and squishy consistency. Second, following the procedure, the added volume from HA slowly decreases... something that would drive me mad since I would know that everyday I was getting smaller.
I then looked at the permanent option of Polymethyl-mathacrylate (PMMA) injections. This filler was known to give a stiffer feel like HA but I could not get over the hump of it being permanent. This was my first cosmetic procedure of any kind... and I know the first rule of cosmetic procedures is to NEVER expect a perfect result. In rare cases you may get super close but in the end there will always be minor flaws. I was scared I may be dealt some bad luck in terms of a permanent result so I voted PMMA a non-option. I was especially averse to the permanent nature of PMMA given that I am ok with my size and am looking to enlarge it as a cherry on top kind of deal. I really do think everyone should experiment with non-permanent options before settling on something that is supposed to last forever like PMMA.
After conducting all of this research, I came across Ellanse filler injections. Ellanse seemed like the most middle-ground of all the fillers. It has the firm and more natural feel of PMMA while being temporary like HA (though it cannot be dissolved like HA). I spent the $25 for the membership to phalloboards because I wanted to see the results of Ellanse for myself. I wasn’t sure if I was being scammed out of $25 but I told myself that if it saved me from doing something stupid with my only penis then hey I will bite the bullet. Luckily, I was impressed by a majority of the results and made the decision to go ahead with getting it done. Unfortunately, right when I was about to make an appointment to have the procedure done with the respected Dr. Carney at Morganstern in Atlanta, a horrible tragedy I will remember for the rest of my life stroke.. Morganstern stopped offering Ellanse procedures for the foreseeable future! Given that Ellanse has yet to approved by the FDA in the US (despite being approved in the EU) they had to put a hold on injecting it. A bummer because they were the only respectable doctors I could find to offer it in the US. I decided I would wait until they offered it but after emailing the company that makes Ellanse I discovered i would have to wait to at least early 2021 before it got FDA approved in the US. So I turned my attention to Dr. Casavantes (Dr. C) in Tijuana, Mexico.
I had only heard bad things about Tijuana in the past. I just remember reading an article saying it was the most violent city on the world given the homicide rate. This may sound stupid but given this info, I had no idea if Dr. C’s office (Avanti Derma) was legit or even if he had a medical license given that he operated in Mexico. So I did my research. I found that Dr. C graduated from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua and verified that he had a valid medical license. I then found out who his supplier was for Ellanse (3D Pharma) and made sure that they were indeed supplying to Avanti Derma. I then then contacted the actual company that makes Ellanse (Sinclair Pharma) and they verified to me that they do supply 3D Pharma with Ellanse. With all those boxes checked I felt way more comfortable going with Dr. C. I advise anyone unsure to do the same or it makes them feel more at ease about doing a cosmetic procedure in an unfamiliar country. I even waited a month between contacting them about the procedure saying I wanted to do it and actually booking an appointment and never felt pressured to do it immediately despite showing interest. They were very polite and quick with any email correspondence which was another plus. So I booked my appointment for 12mL which took place
5 days ago. Ok, now onto the more interesting stuff!

______________________________

I drove into Tijuana with my fiancé and dog given that we road-tripped down and stayed on the beach in Tijuana. I went into my procedure after arriving late at night and getting no sleep which wasn’t so great but was still pumped and excited. Upon arriving at the office of Avanti Derma, I took note of how nice and clean everything looked. I was taken in shortly after and before I knew it had changed into a gown and was photographed from the waist down by Ian. I was then put onto the operating chair where I was ready to be prepped. Ian (Dr.C’s assistant) then put the chair flat like a bed and cleaned my member off and then Dr. Morales came in to administer a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) shots which I paid extra for. PRP’s main purpose is to do is aid in recovery and Dr. C claims to get better results when applying it so I went ahead and ate the extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the bedside manners of Ian and Dr. Morales after I told them about my fear of unclean needles to which they responded by opening all the new needles in front of me. Big plus since I have some doctors scoff like I am so weirdo for not taking a chance with catching HIV. Next, I was given the numbing agent which I believe they said were Lidocaine shots which weren’t that bad. Then it was time for the headliner: Ellanse.
Dr. C had all the boxes of Ellanse ready and even showed me the lot numbers and how they were not tampered with. Dr. C then injected the Ellanse as Ian and Dr. Morales stood by aiding the process. The numbing agent definitely worked as I gently nodded off during the procedure. I mean it must have worked if I was able to sleep peacefully during a procedure where a guy I just met prodded my penis with needles. Wonderful. On what was likely the last mL of Ellanse I did feel a few sharp stings as the numbing wore off but nothing to write home about. I was too nervous/excited about the new member of the family a.k.a. Penis 2.0 to worry about any pain. Right after Dr. C finished everyone left the room and Ian took a few more pictures of my newborn phallus. I am not going to lie and say I loved him at first. Honestly, I was a bit worried  that I should have done 10mL instead. I thought the shaft looked disproportionally larger than the head, especially closer to the glans. Ian told me there was some swelling but this would be close to the final size. This let on some more panic but I remember what Texas said about his original procedures and how he doubted his decision a bit and kept my cool. Ian then wrapped me up in a stretchy pink bandage (wish I could have had a better color) and I was given instructions about massaging, etc. I felt physically fine as I walked downstairs and then drove back to our Airbnb on the beach. Four hours after the procedure you are supposed to return so Ian can look at your recovery but since I was staying 35 minutes from the office i decided against this. I just wanted to relax since I had not slept in days so Ian and I agreed that I would text him a picture of my unwrapped penis in 4 hours. I ended up texting the wrong number lol so whoever received my bruised and ugly penis I am so sorry! I hope it wasn’t someone’s grandma or something!
Now, during the first night they recommend taking a pill to relax your penis and leave it at that. I did that but I also wrapped my member up with the stretchy bandage they provided kinda like I know Chester did. That was a bad idea as when I woke up a lot of the product had bunched up near the base. I legitimately thought I screwed my penis up at that moment as it looked god awful ugly. The base was bulging out and the shaft looked so much bigger than my head it looked like the infamous hot dog in a bun look I had read about here but never thought would happen to me. I measured and my erect shaft girth was around 6.75in with it being around 7in at the base while my flaccid alone was 6.6in!!! I knew there would be swelling but this just had me terrified. I went like this to my follow-up appointment with Ian the morning after the procedure. What gave me hope again was when Ian massaged the product around my penis and before my eyes change it back to a form that was at least acceptable to me. I asked and was given a hanger which was like a noose for your penis with a weighted metal ball attached to it. This is to help keep your penis from retracting after the procedure and was used in conjunction with the Penimaster Pro which I purchased separately. I then left on my slightly cautious way out of Mexico and back to Trumpland.
These last few days following the procedure I have been massaging my penis using the technique Ian showed me probably 5-7 times a day for 15-20 minutes after heating my thing up with a heating pad for 15-20 minutes. I will say that I had a little confusion with how to apply the massage to the different areas of my penis. Some areas, such as the base and the underside, are more awkward to massage so make sure you are totally comfortable with how to perform the massages before leaving the Tijuana area. If I had to do things over again I would have stayed in the hotel that is attached to the medical offices Avanti Derma is located in and gone to Ian for massages as much as possible.
So the good news is that today (5 days post-procedure) I finally got a really good glimpse at what will probably be close to the finished product aesthetically. The swelling has gone down a ton and I am sitting at 6.25in erect girth and 5.75in flaccid girth with a flaccid hang of 5in. The look of Penis 2.0 is so much better and after wishing for him to go down and return to his prior form the last 4 days, I am now wishing for him to stay and not get any smaller lol. He looks totally natural! I am so glad I that I decided to go through with this procedure and would definitely go back to Dr. C again for top-ups and not major size increases since I really don’t think a size much larger would appear natural. My goal now is to try to use my stretcher consistently and maybe add a little more erect and flaccid length.
I really want to thank Texas for answering some of my questions regarding Ellanse. I also want to thank anyone who detailed any procedure they may have had as it was super helpful in me finding the right fit. Lastly, I want to thank Skeptical One for making this place possible. I would have never gone through with this if it wasn’t for the wealth of info I have found on this site. Such a shame that most cosmetic procedures for men, especially those involving the penis, are left on the back burner while those for women are improving at a lightning pace... Here is to advancing this field of medicine so that more guys can get there penis to where they feel it should be!

Now I have a question: can anyone who has had Ellanse describe to me the process of swelling and when they reached the size the would finally end up at. I know 12 weeks is the whole process but when did all the swelling subside and show your final girth? I am just curious as to where my girth will likely end up at!

Thanks again!

Uncircumsized PMMA @10%, Average Gains?

$

Hi guys, I am uncircumcised and wondering how much girth can be added because of this? I would use 10% for maximum safety reasons. How much ml I'm unsure, I guess I would follow the amount Dr C recommends. I would want just 2 rounds, 2nd round for aesthetic refinements and minimal gains.

A circumcision is completely off the table for me.

My erect girth is 4.9inches mid-shaft and I am relatively young at 26. Ideally I would like a girth between 5.7-5.9 inches mid-shaft, is this a realistic outcome with 2 rounds?

If anybody knows some uncircumcised PMMA results that would be so helpful, thanks.

Veteran gets groundbreaking penis transplant after losing his in Afghanistan blast

$

A veteran who lost the lower half of his body in an explosion has received one of the world’s first penis transplants — and he’s calling it “one of the best decisions I ever made.”

Nine years ago, a US Navy corpsman was tending to wounded soldiers after an ambush by Taliban fighters in Afghanistan when an IED detonated beneath him. It took away his legs — as well as his genitals.

“I remember everything froze and I was upside down,” said the man, who is referred to as Ray in an interview with MIT Technology Review, withholding his real name for privacy reasons. “I remember thinking a quick thought: ‘This isn’t good.’ And then I was on my back.”

In 2013, Ray met with a plastic surgeon, Dr. Richard Redett of Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, to talk about his options. Redett decided that Ray might be an ideal candidate to undergo a groundbreaking penis transplant.

“This was actually something that could fix me,” said Ray, who is in his mid-30s and walks with two prosthetic legs. “I could go back to being normal again.”

“For him, it was almost either you do this transplant, or you live the rest of your life with your defect,” said Redett.

Until recently, the only treatment available for men in his situation would have been phalloplasty: a transplant of a makeshift member made of tissue, blood vessels and nerves taken from a forearm or thigh, which requires an external pump to become erect. A penis transplant is far more complex than other types of organ transplants. Grafting a donor penis involves many different kinds of tissue, and requires stitching nerves and blood vessels smaller than 2 millimeters wide.

“The threads are smaller than a human hair,” said Redett. “Unless you’re under a scope, you can’t really even see it.”

At the time of their meeting, only one person had undergone such a procedure, and only three patients in the world have since then.

The first rudimentary penis transplant was performed in 2006 on a 44-year-old in China, who reportedly soon had it removed at his wife’s behest. The next took place in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2014 for a 21-year-old who’d suffered gangrene after a botched circumcision. In 2016, doctors at Massachusetts General Hospital operated on a 64-year-old man who lost his penis to cancer. And in 2017, the same South African doctors from the 2014 transplant did so again on a 41-year-old man who also suffered from a circumcision gone awry.

It took 14 hours for Redett and his team to complete Ray’s procedure in March 2018 — “The most complex to date,” he said, and the first for a military veteran. Ray, who’d lost the entirety of his reproductive organs, was also given a new scrotum (but not testicles, for ethical reasons involving the donor’s sperm, according to his doctors).

The Technology Review reports that a total of 1,367 Americans in the military suffered major genital injury in Iraq and Afghanistan between 2001 and 2013 — and experts say it’s taking a major toll on veterans’ mental health. “They’re asking where the testicles and the penis are,” reports the journal.

“You can’t put a number on how significantly this affects one of these wounded warriors’ lives.”

However, some doctors — such as Hiten Patel, a chief resident at the Johns Hopkins Brady Urological Institute — argue the procedure is medically unnecessary. Patel said a penis transplant “lacks both life-saving and life-enhancing properties when compared to a readily available alternative in phalloplasty.”

Considering an estimated 41 percent of veterans deployed between 2001 and 2007 were more likely to contemplate suicide, a devastating, lingering trauma like this could mean life or death long after physical recovery.

“This surgery was a way for me to overcome that little subconscious voice or whatever it was that would always keep me feeling different from everyone else,” said Ray, who did consider suicide himself. “It was one of those injuries that really stresses you out and you think, ‘Why would I keep going?’ I guess I always just kept this real hope that there’s an answer out there.”

Transplants usually require a lifetime of immunosuppressive medications to help the patient’s body acclimate to the foreign organ, but doctors developed a new approach to ease Ray’s transition. In 2014, the South African patient who received a penis transplant had to have half of his new organ removed after he stopped taking the multiple immunosuppressant drugs — and his body rejected the grafted penis.

Ray’s unique treatment involved an injection of the bone marrow cells from his donor, and now he only needs one pill a day, alongside maintaining a stringent hygienic regimen, such as washing hands frequently.

“It’s kind of like re-educating the immune system,” said Dr. Gerald Brandacher, scientific director of the reconstructive transplantation program at Johns Hopkins.

“It allows us to minimize the need for immunosuppression but not completely stop it.”

In the six months since surgery, Ray said he’s “seen improvement over time,” and is just now “getting sensation back” in his transplanted penis

Ellanse + PRP + Botox

First time poster long time lurker (for the better part of a year). I’ve yet to start my journey to increase my girth from 4” EG (6.2 EL) and have decided the best option for me is Ellanse. I have read some of the more recent reports of adding PRP and Botox while being injected with Ellanse in the same visit. Some of the feedback has been ...”It’s hard to know where the Ellanse product is to mold / even out across the shaft” because it’s looking like a puffer fish. To reduce the guessing of where to massage I wonder if it’s more advantageous to decline PRP (anecdotal benefits) and Botox (rather keep penis in stretcher to reduce retraction) to have a better chance of seeing where the product is gathering to massage. Can’t prevent inflammation response totally so you will have try to prevent massaging too hard (is what I have understood). Aesthetics to me (and most of you) is really important. It’s my chief concern. What do you guys think?

Or does NBPEL matter for how much ellanse ml can be injected? Lets say someone has  a 7.28 BPEL, but 5.5 inches NBPEL, would they be a large volume user or smaller?

Penis sensitivity after HA procedure

$

Hi new member here, I'm seriously considering having HA procedure done in London

For you guys who have had HA filler for girth, in the weeks and months following your procedure did you notice any change in sensitivity of your penis shaft at all, whether during masturbation or sex? I get this worry that my shaft skin is going to become somewhat numb with all the filler injected below it.

I'm not overlly concerned with how it feels to touch myself, but I do worry that after having it done, I might lose some sensitivity in my shaft, obviously the glans sensitivity would be unchanged I assume.

Also my gf enjoys anal and I worry that the filler is going to get pushed up towards the base of my penis due her tightness, has this been an issue/concern for anyne on here who's had HA?

Stats: I'm around 7.75 - 8" BPEL but only 4.75" girth
I'm looking for a modest girth gain of about .5 inch, nothing too big

I used to be 7" BPEL, but I jelqed a lot over a couple of years for improved bloodlow and I gained length. I'm guessing I would no longer be able to jelq after having the filler injected as it might cause the filler to migrate?

Really appreciate any responses given 🙂

18 months after surgery

I originally wanted girth enhancement. Bu when i spoke to the surgeon he said i have very elasticated ligament and that id gain quite alot well over 2inches. But im quite gullable and i opted it.
I wish i had not have.
The girth gain and length gain immediatly after surger was nice. It was wrapped up neat and i was happy.
As i recover, i got an erection, i couldnt stop it, it hurt abit but even tho it was wrapped up for some reason i felt my penis erecion had shrunk. I was worried.
After 3 weeks i went for a check up. I was gutted that i lost quite alot of fat from the girth procedure... he said this is normal id keep 50-70 % of it. But i didnt believe.
He gave my my stretching device and told me i could start stretching.
My erection was still a concern aswell.
But to cut a long story short. After months of stretching and trying to get my original lngth back, its taking a while, i was down a full 1 inch and i hav only made an hal inch back from my original. So after 12 months since surgey i have lost a half inch in erect length.
My flacid length has a half inch gain. But from my flaccid to my erection theres only a half inch gain. Im no more elaticated in my ligament. It feels like only one side has been cut and the other side hasnt. Ive been told if it was cut fully it probbly wouldnt stand up.
Afte 3months of my surgery i lost almost all of the fat injected. So i decided to pay for 10.ml of juvederm ultra. It worked really well and lasted 12months, thn i decided to go for a cheaper version it begins with a V. I forgot what its called. But after 4 months i feel alot has gone, s i dont recommned this one.
I do intend o carry on stretching and i may try weights but for the girth i wont be having any more surgery and i will try ellanse next time over the next couple of months.
Looking back, i wish i stayed away from surgery, got my self a stretcher and just had filler instead.

Hope this helps anyone out. Cheers

FFT lump removal cost

Had fft stem cell transfer done to rejuvinate skin after a dermatological procedure a year ago.

Had a good take but after one year i have still one very small lump of fat necrosis. Visited a urology clinic in london who told me that removal would be £800! He Told me that the lump was too small to attempt cortocosteroid injection.

Seems a little steep price wise and london prices, is this about right or can i get it done cheaper elsewhere? Can any qualified urologist remove it?

Any info much appreciated!

Hello,

Still relatively new in the enlargement world. Been doing a lot of researching on this site though. One thing I haven't been able to find much discussion of however is Morganstern's surgical procedure. Most of what I've read about him is in regards to his former usage of Ellanse, but little on his permanent surgical option. Am I missing something? Does anyone have any experience with this specifically? Of course his website makes it seem promising, but obviously I need outside info on such a thing before it's even remotely considered. Thoughts?

Alloderm Graft Removal 8 Years Later...

Gentlemen,

I had a curvature correction and girth enhancement via alloderm procedure done by Dr. R about 8 years ago.

I eventually had to get the sutures that were placed to fix the curvature remove after 2 years as they were really pronounced and my partners could feel them and would ask questions about it.

Now eight years later I'm looking to get the alloderm removed as well. The graft has shortened and hardened giving my penis an odd shape.

I know one member on here (candybars) got theirs removed. I've already contacted him via PM (waiting for a reply) but can't find the thread.

Just wondering if anyone has also been through this recently and or knows of a doc who could remove it safely.

Thanks fellas,

New PE Implant from Dr. Elist

I just recieved the newest implant on 9-27-19. So far so good. The surgery and post op went as expected and I'm now entering my 4th week. Up to this point the worst part was the first two weeks and the pain that came with an erection. It wasnt the worst pain I've ever felt but it was by no means a great feeling and would make you hate an erection. Week 3 I started to notice that an erection no longer hurt. There was slight discomfort behind the left side of the head of my penis from a stitch. Most of my discomfort and pain at this point comes from the incision line after my pants have rubbed it all day. Hopefully I will get to take it for a spin in another week or two. Until then it's just a waiting game. I will say this much....I have noticed that with an erection i have lost atleast 1/2 inch in length or more. They tell me this will not last and i will see that return and possibly more over the next several months.
I have attached before and after photos from week 0 through week 3. I welcome any questions or thoughts. Thanks20191022_135030.jpg 20191022_135342.jpg 20191022_135659.jpg 20191021_131107.jpg

I am considering enhancement because I need it.
Can someone help me with some coaching?
1. I have not brought this up to my wife but I do not think she would consider, could I tell her I was doing exercises to increase Girth?
2. I am scared based on the posts on girth enhancements, is there something I can try that is minimal risk but can really help me see the benefits?
3.  I live in Orlando, FL and wanted to try something local.

Thank you

My Glans enhancement results in Europe- pretty good news for people here

$

Hi guys. I had the courage to try the glans enhancement, though there had been risks, as pretty much no doctor was doing this procedure in the world (maybe except for the Australian doc, who was very far for me).

The good news- it's a low risk, I've had no problems, it's been over a month and penis functions normally, no pain whatsoever.

Bad news- you hardly gain anything.

I went to the Doctor mato had been to, Dr D'Angelo in Naples, Italy. Nice city (watch out for taxis!), clean office. The man is ok, speaks English fluently. He answers to emails and even gives you his phone to call him in case of emergencies. From what I read on mato's HA topic and discussed with him in PMs, I knew the Doc didn't insert many ml, mato told me he only inserts 1 at a time. So, having read that (and considering that mato had had good results and was happy about it- but I guess his happy results came mostly from the Belotero in the penis, not in the glans-), I didn't request the Doc for a lot, I figured 4 ml would be more than enough.

So, I went in, we talked about it, he presented the 2 options he had: HA or Radiesse (which is supposed to be the better prodict and longer lasting). I chose Radiesse. Got the anesthesia and he inserted 2 ml at which point I started to feel a lot of pain and I chickened out thinking that something terrible might have happened (like a urinary canal being filled or something) and I said we stop there, it's enough. He reassured me that nothing had ever happened to his patients and he has inserted this many times and I only felt pain because we didn't wait longer for the anesthesia to kick in. He put some more anesthesia for me and I left to the hotel on my own feet.  Needless to say, I was scared shitless, thinking "why the f did I ever do this?". But in 1-2 hours, I was feeling great, there was no more pain and I realized he had been right- we just hadn;t waited enough for the anesthesia to kick in.

He was unavailable to continue the next day, so I left and went back to Naples in a couple of weeks. Now...the bad thing was that I was unhappy with the results, there really seemed to be no increase, neither visibly or even through measurement of the glans. No gains. So I decided to have one more shot, but this time with more quantity and try the HA, to see if it's better than the Radiesse.

Doc says that Radiesse is the superior product, but having had no gains, I wanted to try something else, if it was safe. He says there's no problem if he inserts HA over Radiesse or other way around. So this time I got another 4ml. Wrapping up, I asked him if it's possible to put in even more at a time and, to my surprise, he said that yes, it is possible to insert about 2 more ml, going to 6 ml at a time.

His method of inserting is through many needle injections. I got a little bruising for a couple of days after the second procedure and called him to see if it was something common (here is where you won;t get much help from him, as he'll basically say "suck it up, nothing has ever happened, you don;t have to take anything", but at least he answers). I just took something from the Italian pharmacy against a possible infections as it seemed I had a tiny cut on the gland (amoxiciline I think) and he was right, a few days later it was all ok. I stayed in Naples 1 day after the procedure every time, in case something bad happened I could be close to him.

The insertion points are somewhat visible if you look really close on the penis glans, but they will probably disipate over time.

In total, I had 6 ml inserted and I can see a slight increase, but nothing substantial. It cost me 1200 euros+ 4 flights and accommodation in Naples. 1 ml costs 200 euros. I don't know why the HA is as expensive as the Radiesse (Radiesse being superior), but I guess he just doesn't care, gives the same price.

Conclusion: I think to achieve a desired result you need to do at least 6 ml every time and go at least 3 times, for a total of 18 ml. I don't know if I will be going back for more (I believed you could get a lot from 2-4 ml), but this is just for the guys who want my opinion on the matter. You really have to insert a lot or else...no results. That would mean quite a lot of money for just the glans, but when you really need it, perhaps because PMMA makes a big discrepancy between the penis and the glans, then... you really need it!! Looking forward to hearing here from other people who have tried more quantity than I have.

At least I can say to people that it seems safe, there have been no complications and there don't seem to be.

Another Dr. Elist patient

Thanks so much everyone on the board for sharing your stories.  I also made the mistake of having the surgery about 3 months ago. Like many others, I saw the GQ article and saw his interviews and was convinced this was my answer.   Now I am terrified about the mistake I made and how to minimize the damage from this point going forward.

I had a very shriveled flaccid penis and erect was about 4.5 inches with little girth.  Post surgery, I definitely noticed the increased girth and flaccid length but erect length is definitely shorter by an inch consistent with others.  I haven't been cleared for sex so I can't comment on those issues but I definitely feel the sharpness of the implant and wondered if that would be an issue until I saw this site and it was confirmed.  I have sharp pain occasionally at. the tip of my penis but don't have the cutting/breaking issues yet but my penis curves slightly to the left.

After reading the horror stories and imagining how this hard implant will cause damage, my big debate now is whether to get it removed by Dr. Elist or go to Dr. Solomon who members have referenced has experience here. I couldn't tell from the posts if the outcome of removal was better with Dr. Elist or a plastic surgeon.

Also, unlike many of the posters before who seemed to talk to the Dr., it is impossible for me to get a hold of Dr. Elist.  I keep talking to the post-surgical consultants to set up time to talk with him but they keep giving me the run around.  8 weeks after surgery and I have never been able to speak with him after the surgery was completed.  How did others get in touch with the Dr. himself to discuss removal options?

Thank you all for sharing your stories, it makes me feel like I am not going through this alone.  I feel like there is a very rough road ahead for me but I think I knew when I put down the money for this that it seemed too good to be true.

Hello,

Went to Prague two weeks ago, in a short vacation, and since i was going there i previously tried to contact Aurum Clinic via e-mail, with no succes.
When i was there i tried to find the clinic trough the web adress and go there directly, with no succes. I didn't tried hard though, given the fact that i did not had any appointment. ( i enjoyed the center of Prague though, the clinic is right near the center of the town).
I want to know if any of you had contacted the clinic or had direct contact to Dr. Nemeckova, since from what i read trough the forum, is the only one who performs PMMA in Europe.
What is your opinion about this particular doctor?
I do not have the desire to leave Europe for this procedure.
Thank you!

Body’s ability to absorb pmma despite its size

I found an article that discuss phagocytosis of foreign body material ie pmma. Artefill and bellafill have particulates that are 40 microns in size. Macrophages can group together to engulf up to 80 microns. Once this happens they communicate with immune system and mount a foreign body response. Many times forming Granulomas. This can be very destructive. This can also lead to pmma in lymphatics, and clogged and scarred lymphatics can lead to lymphedema.

I also found info on pmma and cancer. This article states that pmma may not cause cancer, however the chronic irritation and cell turnover can introduce mutations that indeed can cause cancer.

It is a good article. The take away is pmma can cause foreign body Granulomas and in rare instances cause cancer. It is possible and it is horrible.

I will post article.

Priapus (P-shot) PRP - increase penis sensitivity?

Hey guys,
Thanks in advance

I’ve been considering getting the P-shot but wanting to hear from anyone who may have had the procedure done.

I saw that Dr Oates offers this in Sydney which is where I live

My main reason is erection  quality which I’m certain is lacking as I’m circumcised and over the years have lost sensitivity which makes it difficult to stay hard and ejaculate.

Has anyone had this done? And was there a significant increase in penis sensitivity? as I suppose this is what I’m looking to get out of the procedure as I can see it’s quite costly.

Any feedback would be appreciated

I’m happy with size and I thickness so not looking to gain size as such but if that happens it’s a bonus lol
