Is 10ml enough?

Dr N, does typically 3 sessions of 10 ml approx per session.

10ml seems kinda low compared to what a bunch of people here have had done each sessions , 30 ml in total, but then her results seem solid, very few , if any bad reports.

I guess I'm asking is 30ml total over 3 sessions enough to gain 1"?

Hi, i recently did the doctor Loria's procedure for penile enlargement (scrotum, shaft and glans). I paid approx. 10,000 USD. I am not satisfied with the results:
a. no size gains. 
b. the filler in the scrotum got accumulated in clusters. 
c. the shaft is thicker in the lower section. 

I am going to take the filler out as a result... 

Anybody did the procedure, and got the same results?

Given the frequency of donations occurring at an interval of once every month and my personal increase in living expenditures (which implies I have fewer funds to allocate), I've decided to re-implement a subscription system.

Essentially the entire forum minus the "General Phalloplasty Discussion" forum will be blocked off from non-subscribers. If you wish to see the rest of the site, please pay. Given what you're willing to pay to make your penis bigger, $5 a month can't be too much to ask (there will be monthly, bi-annual, and annual packages available).

Those who will be exempt from subscription fees & enjoy free lifetime membership include:

Moments away from Dr Elist implant surgery

Hello,

A few weeks ago I stumbled across Dr Elists website regarding his penis implant surgery. I was very excited to find that such a thing existed and also annoyed I hadn't found it years ago!


I then spent the past 2 weeks asking questions about it via email. Lots of messages were sent back and fourth. (I will post them if anyone is interested!) But they appear to be telling the same lies to everyone. For example, how the weight of the implant makes the penis longer.


I am uncircumcised and was told I had to be circumcised for this procedure. I didn't care - I would do anything for this! Or so I thought.


Anyway, after having all my questions answered and everything sounding really promising I asked about payment details etc. They told me that the price is going to go up next month but if I pay $1,000 deposit now I can have it at the price as it is today which is $13,000.

I was getting ready to transfer the money thinking that once I had paid the deposit it is definitely happening and got excited again! But then I thought I will do a search to see if I can find any more before/after pictures, other to those on the website. I then stumbled across the famous Thunder's Place post and also A LOT of reviews here on phalloboards. I couldn't find a single positive one. It seems everyone has had a bad experience not only with the implant but with Dr Elist also.

I am so glad that I found all of these reviews and also very thankful for everyone who shared their story.

Obviously, I am no longer going to go ahead with the surgery and I will look else where for PE procedures. To be honest, I am already above average, but I wanted to be a monster!

I have been looking at PMMA, does this have good results?

I am interested in getting PMMA from Dr C.

However I have some questions.

Firstly, which is best Linnea or MetaCrill? What is the difference? What have most guys on here got?

How long after can I continue PE for length gains?

Can I still use a pump after recovering?

What does 'cc' mean and what is the %? How do I decide what 'cc' and % to go with?

I am uncircumcised and I am trying to decide if the results of PMMA will be better if I get uncircumcised first.

Good news: Nemeckova does HA. With her injecting skills, as reported here, and integrity (again as reported here you will see her open the product right in front of your eyes), if you guys are in Europe (Spain or The CR), this could be a viable solution. 

I'm going to US next month, and still considering to get HA with dr C (it will depend on the cost, I'm waiting for a quote). However, for those of you in Europe, here is the response and some dates I've got from her. I will not be able to use any of those dates, but may go to her in October when I plan to travel to Europe if dr C turns out to be too expensive. 

Important: I'm posting this in hope that people who come here to grab information only and never give back, will come back and share their experience if they chose to do it with N, including some pictures which is really easy. 

The good news is her cost is VERY acceptable in my opinion:

The cost is CZK 4000 per 1 ml of hyalorunic filler and  CZK 20000 for works over 1 hour and CZK 12000 for works of less than 1 hour.

Still trying to figure out if I should go with another full round of 30% or a full round of 10%.  I'm right at 6.75 EG now after second round of 30% and have some gaps that need correcting.  Do touch ups add a lot of girth?  And have you found condoms that fit?

pmma length loss question (and collagen stimulation question)

hi guys. long-time lurker here, have read loads of stuff, and i just want to say that i think this forum is amazing. i'm impressed with everyone who crossed over and got something done, everyone who contributes here by writing up their report, and i'm also impressed with the mods and their forum. so fucking bravo!

my head is spinning having read loads of threads so i thought i'd just jump in and ask a couple of questions that for me right now stand out. pmma is an interesting prospect. but is it me or there a number of cases of length loss? perhaps i'm overly signifying the length-loss cases (it is a scary prospect) but i thought that anyway we could maybe talk about it and if it is the case that length loss is a possible outcome, suggest reasons. it would be great if threads were continually updated but what can you do? i'm of the opinion that people who don't update are pleased with their results. any thoughts on that?

also i just wanted to ask about collagen stimulation. the variations in people's post-pmma increase are many and to some extent you never know what kind of increase you'll get. for some reason, i've come away with the idea that collagen stimulation is bigger on the first round when your body isnt used to the pmma at all. is this just b/s layman intuition or is there something in it?

Baseball bat?

Sup guys.



I posted here before and got some good feedback. What I'm trying to do is lose weight, stretch, and then get pmma over the next year.



With that said, I'm overweight and I've lost a few pounds. I guess my fatpad went down a little because I went from 5in BPEL to 6in BPEL. I am very heppy about this. I've been measuring everyday for a week. I think I made a mistake last time by measuring sitting down. I haven't experienced any NBPEL gains yet but at least I see light at the end of the tunnel.



Anyway, when I push back to the bone, my penis has a baseball type shape. Girth is 5in mid shaft and probably barely 4in at the base. Is there anything I can do about this? Do y'all think PMMA could even things out?



My ultimate goal is a 7x7. Chances are I fall short of it but I think it's what I want. Will this baseball shape stop me from that?

Giunta / FFT After PMMA removal

I haven't seen much discussion of Dr. Giunta lately.  

All of my PMMA has turned rock hard and formed balls.  It's just blatantly abnormal, and I hate it.  I have barely had a sex life this year at all.  There's no normal area of my penis anymore.  The nodules used to just be in some spots.  Now everything is part of some  nodule / mass in my penis.  With a full erection, there's basically a lumpy shell around the natural tissue of penis.

Do you think Giunta has the skill to carve out the scar tissue from the PMMA and replace it with fat?  (This is what alter does, but he won't replace it with fat).  

Is this just a stupid idea anyway? 

If I get the PMMA removed locally with the reconstructive urologist who fixed my open wounds, he will not replace it with anything.  I'll be back to the skinny penis I had when this all began 2 years ago...plus missing skin on one side which has never stretched back at all from the excisions. 

I suppose I can have a phone consult with him, but I just wanted to know what people here thought.  I know FFT has left guys with hard nodules too - so I'd rather not go down that road just to end up spending a lot of money for a new long term problem.

Well, reading this old thread basically answered my question from a historical perspective. But, has he improved anything or is it fundamentally flawed.

Average glans size?

My whole adult life I've been aware I was on the skinny side in regards to my penis girth @ 4.5". (Not anymore!!) But since I've been a member here, and even when I went for my appointment with Dr. C, I've had a number of people tell me I have a large glans.



So, that got me to thinking, what exactly is large when it comes to glans? Mine is 5.25"-5.385", depending on erection quality. But what's average? What's big? All you see on here is shaft girth or length, so I'm just curious where I fit in on the scale. I was going to do a poll, but I can barely post a message, much less a poll.

Ellanse

So, some of you may remember I have been researching Ellanse due to his properties:

- very long lasting - up to 4 years
- does not gradually dissolve as HA
- relatively less expensive and given it's longevity, much less expensive (even if you go for the 2 year version)
- biostimulator as well as voluminizer 
- everyone agrees it's safe, safe and safe (no negative doctor's opinion found), backed up with some solid research and approved in counties with strict approval processes (Switzerland, Sweden etc)
- a very experienced European doctor in an interview (NOT PE related) says it comes out VERY smoothly and it's firm compared to other fillers (it's popular for example in cases where they need to imitate bone, like jaw angles). 

Anyway, after being told they do use it in Dermavanti, and getting a quote, I tried to get some more information. I only found one doctor online (in Mexico) who writes about it and claims experience. His web site is bi-lingual, but the English version does not mention it.

I wonder what his technique is and whether he uses cannula. He claims he injects it in glans as well as penis body and has seen excellent results. He says he is a pioneer in this field (and he might as well be, as I haven't found anyone else writing about this). 

Naturally, I've written him (I'm fluent in Spanish) with many questions but he hasn't answered in almost a week. I just followed up again with an email. If he answers, I'll post his answers here. 

In the meantime, if you find any information about Ellanse, post it here. It's likely to be in languages other than English, so those of you who speak Portuguese, German, Italian, Russian etc. - please perform google search and let me know if you find something interesting. 

I am considering this option obviously due to the properties and longevity of the filler. I think given that everyone says it's safe, maybe a small quantity could produce aesthetically good result, as it comes out smoothly but yet it's firm. Also, imagine having a long lasting and safe result.  

If you write to Dr Casavantes, the Dr below or any other doctor about this - and I encourage that you do if you're interested in non-PMMA fillers - and find out more, please let me know. I'll share everything I find out. Don't let me fight this battle alone if I am going to be the first one who gets this filler and reports on it.

Really Confused

Hello everyone,

It's already years that I am trying to take the decision to do a phalloplasty surgery but because of the price of the surgery and because it's still a surgery I always waited but I keep taking information.

I am quite really confused right now...as far as I understood avoid like pestilence the Dr. Ellis implant because it seems really bad (and I can't understand how he is still operating after so many problems he caused to so many people).

I also red around here about injections....it doesn't seems for me and also isn't permanent....and anyway I will probably not be able to inject something in my penis.

So is penis enlargment really a mith? Is there something that will work with really little percent of potential side effects?

Macrolane: Injection technique

Forgive me for starting new threads about fillers that have been mentioned before, but I'd like to encourage the practice between us who are after safer filler options to do research and post experiences and comments. 

I opened one about ellanse promising that I will post new information as I find it. I've emailed three doctors about it who I know or suspect have used it for PE. 

More recently, I watched this video where a massive amount of macrolane (40cc) was injected in one session. If this has been posted before, please let me know and I'll remove it. 

I wonder who the doctor is. i also wonder what do you think of his technique that allows him to inject such big quantities. Most of all, I wonder what the result is really like (when erected, aesthetics etc). 

Given that you can easily dissolve macrolane with a single injection (and it's gone in 48 hours in a miraculous way if things get ugly) and given its (relatively affordable) price, I think we should discuss it a bit more. 

I know that there are some negative reports about macrolane around but in the same way there are positive. 

Please comment on the technique if you can.

Just a question...I'm planning on saving $3k for my first PMAA, but I'm getting kinda desperate after reading several successful posts. But does anybody know if you can pay your PMAA procedure with DR C with a credit card?
