Please help, looking for surgeon to remove lump

I need some help finding a doctor in Texas who can remove a lump of fat necrosis that I have had for years from a fat transfer surgery that I had several years ago. I kept thinking this thing would go away on its own but it never did and now it bothers me more than it used to. I had the surgery done in Houston, TX so long ago that I don't have the surgeon's name any more. I would greatly appreciate any assistance that anyone here could provide. Are there any doctors out there who can remove a lump of fat?

Does massaging lumps make them worse?

This has been my experience so far. I have had a hard lump of fat, from a fat transfer surgery from years ago, in the center of my shaft for several years now. I thought several times that I can massage it away. But each time, it just seems to make the lump seem to inflate even more and look more pronounced. I am considered giving up on massaging and just try to forget about it. I also even tried using an ice pack on the lump of fat, hoping that I could somehow freeze the fat cells. This also does not seem to work. I will try DMSO next and see if that helps. I also can't seem to find any doctor in the entire world who can remove fat lumps so it looks like I will have to find a way to deal with it for the rest of my life. Has this been the situation with most people here, that massaging is worthless?

How does your PMMA feel inside the skin?

Nevermind. The pervasive attack first mindset of a lot of people on this board has made it clear that questions and contribution aren't welcome from people who haven't done "enough" to satisfy the self appointed guardians here. Thanks.

Temporary Fillers - Radiesse vs. Juvaderm Voluma

For my first filler I prefer to get a temporary one to see how things will go in the long run.

I cannot decide however on which temporary filler is best for my needs.

I know temporary fillers are costly vs PMMA, however I'd rather be safe than sorry, so price is not a issue.

Radiesse (Calcium Hydroxylapatite)

Pros
  • Can last up to one year
  • Reversible (maybe)
Cons
  • Cannot be used on glans
  • Small chance to develop scar tissue (leading to permanence)
  • Does not feel as natural as HA

Juvederm Voluma (Hyaluronic Acid)

Unsure
  • Can last up to ???
  • Can be used on glans ???
Pros
  • Feels more natural

If anyone with knowledge on this matter can shed some information on these two fillers in terms of longevity and
aesthetics, that would be really helpful.

Also, if there are other temporary fillers out there please mention them.

Dr. Casavantes is experienced with both of these fillers, if there are any other experienced providers with temporary fillers for girth augmentation please list them here as well.

So paid membership AND sponsors now?

Disclaimer: this is on behalf of numerous members who wish not to be publicly involved with this discussion.

SO, i thought the reason you introduced the paid membership plan was so you could avoid letting people advertise products and services? Yet shortly after you introduce subscription only and get a bunch of people to drop their money (disclaimer, i personally not being one of them), you go ahead and start offering to let people pimp their shit for some cash with commercial accounts.

at this point it, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if soon we'll be seeing you and the moderators retracting their claims about elist and loria and start let them spam the forum with their dangerous procedures...

...and here is the foundation being set for such a scenario:
"Note: PhalloBoards (as both a site & as a Moderation Team) is not responsible in verifying the statements & claims made by our Sponsors (a.k.a. Commercial Accounts), nor do we endorse any opinions, statements, or claims made by our Sponsors.

Oh, you won't let them on the site as they are proven butchers? what about when they start offering you a couple thousand dollars to gain a commercial stronghold on the biggest (and only, really) site based on phalloplasty information, where they can start siren calling to men with their 2-3'' length gain from a simple procedure claims. (caution to everyone, don't believe them when they say that they have improved their procedures so they are now effective, that will just be so the mods and owner can now say "yeah their procedures were unsafe in the past, but they have greatly improved it now so it actually works and is safe"

phalloboards is on a fast track become surgical life enhancement 2.0

It is a real shame that this once great forum has now turned into nothing more than a money grab.

paid memberships are fair enough, but introducing commercial accounts is a low move considering how much you made yourself seem against it in the past.

I'll discuss this via PM with any of the mods or SO, but for complete transparency why not we keep it in this public thread for everyone to see.

Scar revision VY

I had a length and girth procedure in 1995 while i was living in the U.K.

I had the VY procedure which has left me with a noticeable scar.

I have been in contact with Dr Gary Alter he said he can do a revision and reversal.

But as i now as i live in Australia this is very expensive to me to travel to the United States for this procedure.

I am considering if a cosmetic/plastic surgeon could perform a procedure to close the scar. I wouldnt expect the surgeon to reverse the procedure just to minimise the scar.

The girth procedure i had was alloderm implants which didnt make much difference so i went back for the FFT procedure which disappeared in time i only have a couple of small hardly noticable lumps so i am considering a HA procedure.

I look forward to your replies. L-Scar.jpg

Censorship on PhalloBoards

I have always believed that the internet should be a place of freedom of information and discussion.  My belief was that PhalloBoards was a forum whereby men from everywhere around the world could discuss their opinions and experiences with whichever procedure they have chosen to do.  This wealth of information is important because there is a lot of misinformation out there.  I, myself, have found the information presented here useful in my decisions in phalloplasty.  There are many good doctors out there and then there are bad doctors out there.  Also every man's experience is different and every body is different with regards to healing and the procedure itself.  There is nothing that is 100% successful.

A few months ago, I posted my experience and photos of my testicular implants and had no problems with the post.

However, the last two days, I have made on two separate occasions, posts about my penile implant with Dr. Elist.  Yes, I understand that many of the members here have had bad experiences with this implant. My purpose of the post was to write down my experience as to how the procedure went and my progress up to this point (I am now 15 days post surgery).  On both occasions these posts and photos were deleted.  Of course, I do not know whether this surgery will ultimately be successful one, two, three... etc years down the line, but this is my experience as well as my partner's.  Censorship defeats the purpose of having this forum of PhalloBoards.  It seems like most people here are choosing the PMMA route-great.  It is your choice and I wish those of you who go that route the best.  It's too bad that there is a lack of transparency here in this board for other options.

For those of you who get the opportunity to read this post before it gets deleted, I thought you should know.  I will not post anymore here on Phalloboards should the censoring continue.

FFT Germany

Hey! First of all, I know FFT is frowned upon in this board, but I'm from Germany where FFT and hyaluronic acid are the only options to enhance girth. After a lot of contemplation I decided to undergo FFT two weeks ago. The surgeon I went to is certified, has been around for ages, has a lot of experiences and knowledge, and after surgery he assured me everything went great, nurses said the same. It looks really natural in flaccid state, my penis is thicker and doesn't retract as much as before because of the added weight. Surgeon also injected fat where the base of the penis connects to the rest of your body, I don't know how to call it, but now my erect length is my bone press erect length. You'd think I'm happy about it, but it looks horrible in erect state. It's lumpy, uneven and curves to the left. I'm really disappointed. There are some posts here on the forums where people describe the same, but they never visited this board again. Is what I am experiencing normal giving that is has only been two weeks post-op, or did I have bad luck? I'm having an appointment with my surgeon in a few weeks, but I feel really bad. Thank you.

considering temporary filler with Dr. Greenwald

Hi There,

I am currently in touch with Dr. Greenwald from Florida and considering doing the Radiesse temporary filler treatment. He recommends 6 cc for the first time while Dr. C in Mexico recommends 12 cc on average. I think I prefer the less cc route as it probably will be more natural and safer.

Not sure how much growth to expect from this or what the costs are but I should find out more soon and will post this as I go.

For now:

I have had excellent results with girth enhancement using a filler called Radiesse.  With this technique patients have gotten 30% increase in girth and, when flaccid, about an inch of length (the penis doesn't contract as much when there is filler in place; erect length doesn't change).

The first treatment is with 6 cc of material.  Most men resume sexual activity within 3 days; massage is used if there are lumps/bumps.  About half of my patients return after 6-8 weeks for more volume for an even greater effect.  The results are reliable and the risk is extremely low.  Uncircumcised men have no problems with the procedure; the glans is not touched and there are no good options for this area. I have not seen a reaction with this medication.

Anyone had this treatment done? Would be great to get some feedback. Whether positive or negative.

Cheers

Scotal webbing reduction / ventral scrotoplasty

Has anyone here had this?

I saw my doc today, and the side that had the PMMA & skin excisions is still a lot shorter and makes erections hurt because the scrotum is brought up so unevenly.  He could perform this to help the problem...mostly to reduce the "pull" on the right side.

I did a search to see peoples experience & price, but there is not much (and it goes back to 2010).  $2500 with camacho (I am not going to Tijuana again), $5000 with alter (sounds a little low for him) and $12,500 with singh.  Only one or two people mentioned much about it - so anyone else, let me know.

Penoscrotal webbing reduction in Oz

Hi guys

Thought I'd start my own thread as well as posting in the Oz specific section. Has anybody had penoscrotal webbing reduction in Oz (and even more specifically, Sydney)?

I've looked into it and the only person that I can find that does it is Dr Colin Moore. I was quoted an outrageous $15,000 for the procedure, with the consultation alone quoted at $470!

It seems like such a minor surgery so I was expecting a much lower figure. I guess because of how specialised it is, nobody else seems to be offering it. Does anybody know of anyone else?

Morning erections post lig cut

Could any guys who've had their life cut tell me what it's like post surgery. Do you still wake up each morning with an erection? Is there a sense of loss within oneself when your erection is not as strong? I've been trying to think about the irreversible effects post lig cuts could have on me and would appreciate any opinions. I've woken up every day with an erection since a teen, I'd like to think they would still happen post surgery. Thanks.

PMMA Lumps, bumps, rings and nodules

$

Guys, for a long time I've read about the lumps, bump, rings and nodules of pmma and it seems that there is a steady consensus forming about it being due to retraction post procedure. While there may be other causes, I tend to agree with retraction as a main cause. If this is in fact the case, I have theorized a possible solution. Even if you're really good with your post-pmma care, you still have to remove the stretcher to urinate, and thus, retract from the stretch. The constant stretching and retraction causes bumps, lumps and packets of pmma. What if there was a special post-pmma stretching device that allowed you to urinate while comfortably stretched? This is entirely possible, by simply adding a catheter component to the stretcher. I have Illustrated a possible design. Take a look. This would eliminate any retraction, and keep the penis comfortably stretched for an uninterrupted 48-72 hours, or even longer. Thoughts?

Can we use this thread to list specialists that have experience with HA injections?

Desperate and had some questions about Elist...

$

Hi,

I just joined the forum, because I am totally confused and desperate.

Here is my situation, I am in my early 20’s and have dated and been with several girls. It has never worked out, because the sex hasn’t been good for them.
Mine is about 3” erect and a below avg girth. (Another girl just broke up with me…)

So unlike many folks here who have average penis and want to get bigger. I am close to micropenis and more desperate to get to anything close to normal.

I have tried basic jelqing for 6 months with no results.

So I am tired of everything and totally depressed.

I’ve been intrigued by Elist implant. It seems too good to be true. I’ve read all the horror stories, so I am obviously hesitant. But I need a procedure that improve erect length and girth. I can’t keep going like this.

Some of the other things improve girth (like fat implant) but not length. The ligament cut is only supposed to improve flaccid length not erect length.

After talking to the people at Elist, here is what I have gathered.

> Their technique and implant has gotten better. I asked specifically how long have you been using 4th gen implant (early 2014)? What percentage of people have had it taken out less than 3%. What’s the catch in what they’re saying? Are there people that got an implant over the last 2 years and satisfied/dissatisfied?
> I asked them about this board and the bad reviews on it about them. They didn’t quite say it … but is this owned by competing doctor?
> I also asked them if I have to take out implant will there be shrinkage and scarring. They said no, not unless you had a previous other procedure. If you’ve just had their procedure and take out implant no shrinkage no scarring. So while I’ll be out of money. The long term damage would be minimal is that true?

What do you think of what they said? Is it all lies or could things have gotten better in the last two years.

What suggestions do you have for me are there other surgical techniques I should consider and why are they better for someone in my situation with close to micropenis just trying to get to lower end of normal range?

What other techniques/procedures should I be looking at?

Anybody know of a surgeon doing quality work in Penile Girth Enhancement - PMMA, etc?

$

I've become really interested in PMMA girth enhancement and have looked at numerous sites and forums. I do know of the Surgeon Dr. Daniel Camacho-Melo in Tijuana and I know he is now using BellaFill which is FDA approved and not as viscous. He is also doing a hybrid using BellaFill and Macro. My question is does anybody have any real data or recommendation on any surgeons or clinics that are leading the way on this type of girth enhancement and doing great work and getting great results. I'm interested in the procedure but not enough to ruin my cock trying to gain an inch or two of girth.

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Chris
